Beautiful location! Staff customer service is excellent. The bungalows are gorgeous! The food was delicious! Will definitely be back!

The telephone was broken. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken. The flush on the toilet had to be fixed. The room smelt disgusting upon first entering. Insufficient towels in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning, just a small fan that wasn't good eneough. The spa didn't work. The monkeys were disturbing. Overall it was disappointing. The staff were excellent and helpful despite the woeful facilities.

Nice resort

The resort is excellent, with outstanding restaurant service and comfortable rooms. I look forward to returning with my family.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was nice, however there was no heat or heating available. I was provided with two additional comforters which kept me extremely warm and comfortable throughout the nights.
