Very accommodating and commendable service

The receptionist is very accommodating and helpful. The room is clean and very comfy. The towels and beddings are very clean.

Exceptional Service and Great Value

I always have a great experience staying here. The customer service is excellent, and the staff are consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, especially since I’ve visited several times. The location is very convenient because it’s close to the mall and other establishments. The hotel offers great comfort and excellent value for money. I always feel at home whenever I stay here. I’m definitely going to miss this place! Thank you GO HOTELS DUMAGUETE ✨

dirty sheets

The sheets are dirty, and if one asks to have them changed, the new ones are always just as dirty. The explanation: they did not buy a good detergent. We left, and it was impossible to get a refund. Especially avoid this hotel.

Ongoing construction at the neighboring building AND proximity to street made noise levels high.
Was bitten from small insects the first night. The coming nights were good after changing room.
The shower was partially defect.
The wifi did not work most of the time.
The friendly employees did try and achieved to reduce the suffering, by providing a table and chair for the room, allowing to change room.
The price of the stay was affordable.
Still if I knew the many annoyances I would have judged differently when I chose it.
