The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were all nice, close to shopping and food options and nightlife was walkable also... no problems to spaek to, also had a laundry service which is convenient

Stayed in ABC hotel during earthquake

PROS: Mostly good – Fourth time staying.
CONS: Poor wi-fi.
REVIEW:
 Stayed Sep-2025 for 2 nights in superior deluxe without breakfast. Arrived at 11am and guard helped with luggage from taxi to the lift as reception is on the third floor. The hotel stored our luggage whilst we went out to lunch. We returned after 12pm and checked-in to our room on sixth floor.
 A key-card is needed for the 2-lifts.
 2*350ml bottled water supplied daily. Kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. Fridge in room.
 Air-con is a portable unit with manual settings.
 Shower area is a bit small and separated from the rest of the bathroom by a shower curtain. The bathroom glass door did not close.
 Safety box was faulty and the front panel was replaced. The next day the batteries were replaced.
 We were on the sixth floor when the September earthquake struck Cebu. The window which did not close properly rattled loudly during the earthquake so it helped alert me to what was happening. The guests on our floor evacuated the building using the stairs. We were in our room the following night when there was another earthquake tremor but it stopped when we opened the door.
 Ground floor had a laundry (drop off and collect – not self-service) which we used.
 This is my fourth time staying here.
NEGATIVES:
 Wi-fi constantly dropping out. Voucher expired after 1 day, got another one valid for 3 days.

Great guest friendly hotel a few blocks from Mango St/Square.
Room was a little tight but clean and functional. My place to go when in Cebu.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, hotel very well located with a shops and restaurants. This hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel.

Our favorite hotel here in Cebu

ABC HOTEL is still our home away from home here in Cebu. We cherished much the positive vibes, friendly and hospitable staff, and the cleanliness of their establishment. ABC HOTEL, padayon and long live.
