Clean basic simple room, lovely rooftop pool and bar with live music, staff is very friendly and patient especially Joel and HoneyMae. Rooms are quiet, location is good with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and services (nails, hair, massage) nearby. Great area to walk to other shopping centers and IT Park, but challenging if you're in a car needing to go the other direction. Lots of parking available which is nice, and safe area.

Friendly Staff, Excellent Location, Budget friendly accommodation.

Whether you’re in Cebu for a short visit or an extended stay, The Pad Co-Living is an ideal choice. Its location is excellent—walkable to IT Park, Ayala Center, and SM City Cebu. Within the property, you’ll find restaurants and coffee shops, making it convenient for dining or casual meetups. Breakfast is plated and decent, perfect if you’re on the go. The staff are consistently friendly, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere.
I do have a couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better: adding a bathroom rug in each room to help maintain cleanliness and prevent water from spilling onto the floor, and installing more tinted windows to enhance privacy.
Overall, I left satisfied and would gladly recommend The Pad Co-Living to anyone visiting Cebu.

We arrived at this hotel after a long travel day and a 45 minute walk through the city centre after our taxi driver dropped us in the opposite direction to our hotel as he could not drop us off here due to the location and the carnival going on through the city. Once we’d arrived, we were informed that they no longer have the room we paid for available. I booked this room back in September 2025 and purposefully booked the queen room as we are a couple and did not want to stay in bunk beds! They have put us in a bunk bed room after suggesting that if we cancel our booking, they would not accommodate us but would give a full refund. Our arrival time at the hotel was 8:30pm and taking that offer would leave us without a room for the night. We are travelling around the Philippines as part of a bigger travelling journey and booked this hotel as our ‘treat’ and for one of our longest stays whilst in the Philippines as they offered everything we wanted and rooms that looked nice. I am incredibly disappointed with how we’ve been treated regarding the room and would not stay here again in fear of not receiving the booking we paid for. I did not expect that a booking made nearly 6 months ago meant that we wouldn’t receive our desired room. Furthermore, I refuse to believe that these queen rooms were already fully booked when I paid for this room. Our compensation for this trouble?? Complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay.
