Hotel ** central.

This is a convenient 2-star hotel located in the city center.
I choose a very small single room and I cannot spread my suitcases on the floor.
My large suitcase will be opened and then closed in the bathroom.
Contrary to what the receptionist tells me this room does not face the street.
But the air conditioning makes a noise that allows to muffle ambient noise.
The room is clean despite everything. Among the menus offered, you must order breakfast the day before which will be served at the plate the next morning at the chosen time.
The room is clean and the door tie “clean up” must be displayed for it to be done.
Water fountains are available on our point floor while a very small bottle of purified water is available in the room.
On my departure I draw attention to the fact that the drivers offered by the reception to make excursions offer a price and return ask for double.
The reception thanks me for this information, but does not rest me any compensation.
Similarly taxis from the airport to the city center about 20 minutes away require about 50% more than the price of a grab.

A Great Hotel for Famlily Vacation

The staff are accommodating and nice. We booked this hotel one month in advance. We had a lot of changes with the rooms and dates but they are patient and flexible. It wasn't hard to coordinate with them even when we had to arrange for early check in on the same day. The rooms and toilets are clean, pillows and beds are super comfy. They also serve great food (I love the pancit and carbonara - must try!) It's also quiet so you'll be able to relax. We stayed for 3 days and it's a great experience to stay in this hotel.

No elevator, very exhausting for those guests who are on the 3rd floor

We stayed here for our wedding preparation. The staff were courteous and accommodating. The only issue is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so book your room on the ground floor, bellman isn’t available 24/7 to assist you with your luggage.

Super fresh and friendly staff!

We were staying at an other hotel in Naga but was disappointed so we spontaneously booked El Sancho that was unknown and new for us, but it was the greatest decision. The staff was super helpful, kind and solution oriented!
The rooms are so fresh, it felt like a very Scandinavian look with a very minimalistic and clean design we loved it! The breakfast was also so tasty.
It’s also located near a street with some really good restaurants BUT if I understood it correctly the Tricycle aren’t allowed to drive in to the hotel during the night so that might be a thing you want to check with the staff. But it was very central so we didn’t mind.

Over all: we’re definitely coming back. Thank you!
