Highly Recommended – We’ll Be Back Again!
This was our second time staying at Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with so many food choices to enjoy every morning. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We look forward to coming back again!

Super disappointed
Mahina aircon. And na lowbat ung door. We waited for almost a hour to open the door. Naka ilang balik na kami sa front dest. Super slow reaction. Take note VIP pa. So much more kung ordinary people pa. This is to treat military pala in davao

Extremely poor service.
AC is not working; waited for more than 1hour for the requested tech, but no reaction.
Had to go to the frontdesk (because nobody's picking up the phone) to ask for a room transfer.

Very disappointed
Good day,
My entire family was very disappointed with our stay at your hotel. The experience was extremely unpleasant. The air conditioning was not working in all the rooms we were assigned, making them unbearably hot. On top of that, Room 458 was flooded, and Room 456 was also extremely hot due to the faulty air conditioner.
We expected comfortable accommodations and good service, but unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Because of these issues, we have no intention of staying at your hotel again.
We hope you will address these problems promptly to prevent other guests from having the same experience.
