Beautiful very affordable relaxing place in Siquijor...
Stayed at Recedencia Diosa for 15 days wiht friends, we really enjoy the beauty of the location very relaxing. Rooms are big, clean American standard nice comfortable beds wiht refrigerator good wifi signal, aircondition and wiht kitchen. The snorkling is awesome! A variety of species beautiful coral reef is right infront of the resort. Very friendly staff and the owner make you feel at home and comfortable. It's also fun to explore the lowtide. We get to have free fruits and foods. The fisherman dock every morning right in front I bought fish to barbeque or however you cook it. My 15 days of stay is very amazing.

Pay a hotel, get a failing campground
The biggest gap between reviews and reality ever experienced. Trick is: there's free beer on some evenings, creating a convivial atmosphere that inspires generous reviews. However, you pay premium for what is budget hostel experience in an ultra-basic, outdated motel. The facilities are very old, poorly maintained, useless. Wi-fi simply never works, ever. There is also insufficient signal to rely on your own data, cutting you off. No usable frying pan, unless you want to eat teflon and die of cancer. Water pressure is a trickle. Insufficient lighting. Bathroom lacks even a mirror.
Requested room service for removing some of the 200+ ants living in the place, part of the generous dust, or changing a towel? They deny it, get angry... despite the tag on the door all day. Look elsewhere

Needs love
We had a fabulous time in San Juan and the staff at Reaidencia Diosa made us feel very welcome at our beach front accommodation.
The property is priced accordingly and is in need of some love and maintenance. Our shower was very environmentally friendly as the water volume was minimal, the beach shower was super. Our room was huge and we enjoyed sunsets from our balcony or at the top of the cliff. The beach would benefit from a few hours work/clean up.
Fantastic snorkeling at the door step. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by.

A Home Away From Home
The most beautiful, humble and peaceful place to enjoy an amazing summer in Siquijor. Residencia Diosa is one of the simplest yet most comfortable home away from home. You'll be intrigue but the place's story behind its name. I had my visit twice during college and a vacation before taking the board exam. It was a wonderful get away with the most coolest hostess and her husband truly genuine. Plus, I get to chat and enjoy the whole island together with their daughter and a friend of ours Glenn. I will always recommend Residencia Dyosa to anyone if they want to enjoy the Siquijor Island. A bonus, when you stay you get to help their feeding program to the local residence! Enjoy the Island, Choose Residencia Dyosa and you get to help the locals. Check it out and God bless!

Absolutley incredible place
We have traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia, over 2 years total, and experienced a lot of very nice places with some very nice hospitable people.
But this is just next level: tremendous hospitality and just amazing all around kindness.
There would not be a day we would not have a pleasant talk with some of the staff, especially the owners. Always happy to help!
The owners throw out FREE friday night barbeques with alot of amazing food and beer from January to May! Just incredible, the food was amazing!
They also help the local community a lot: they do alot of charity and helping out the kids, if I remember correctly they also host some parties for the kids!
And now for the "important" part: the accommodation is incredible. You get a huge room, with tiled floor, fridge, kettle, coat hangers, small table, chairs, and an amazing bathroom, the best I have ever seen, hotels included! Hot water and excellent water pressure, and squeaky clean!
The price is an absolute steal, and the apartment is just in front of the beach!
Don't even get me started on the amazing gardens they have outside, it's just paradise.
Very well taken care of, run by amazing people, what else can you ask for?
