Quiet, cozy and great service
Had a dinner meeting via Zoom. The place was quiet and cozy, perfect for my meeting. Great service from Jef, who was attentive and accommodating.

6-day stay ar bgc
F1 Hotel Manila has a very convenient location in BGC, close to restaurants, shopping, and many other places. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and their service was one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel restaurant’s food was also excellent, especially the buffet. Our only concern with the restaurant was the inconvenience of having to order through a QR code; we would have appreciated the option of a printed menu.
Unfortunately, we experienced several problems with our room. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell, and visible dirt remained on the floor even after housekeeping serviced the room. The air-conditioning repeatedly shut off and did not work properly, and the television was also not working. The hotel sent someone to assist us, but a significant language barrier made it difficult to explain the problems and receive help.
The gym was quite small, and the parking area was extremely narrow and difficult to navigate. Guests should keep their parking ticket if they plan to leave and return. We were not informed during check-in that it was required when entering and exiting the parking area.
The laundry service was very expensive. During our stay, dining ended around 9:30 p.m., the bar closed around 10:30 p.m., and the pool closed at midnight, so guests who prefer to dine or have drinks later should plan accordingly.
The excellent location, delicious food, and kind staff were definite positives, but the room maintenance, cleanliness, communication, and parking instructions need improvement.

He always made sure we were good

Wonderful Family Stay with Truly Outstanding Service
We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. What stood out most was the excellent service and how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were throughout our stay.
The hotel was very flexible with our requests. We asked to change from a king room to rooms with two beds, and they not only accommodated us but also arranged adjoining rooms for our group, even though we hadn’t specifically requested them. That was such a thoughtful touch and made traveling as a family much easier.
Breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety, but the service made it even better. The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially with my parents, who have some mobility difficulties. They helped them get in and out of chairs and, when one chair was too low for my dad, immediately found a more suitable one. Those small acts of care really made a difference.
A special mention to Mark, one of the servers, who was particularly wonderful. He was consistently attentive, anticipated what we might need, and even offered to take group photos for us without being asked. He showed genuine initiative and hospitality.
Another great benefit for families is that kids stay and eat free, which is excellent value and something that isn’t always obvious when booking through third-party websites.
The location is also fantastic, just steps from the landmark and an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on the high street. Between the location, comfortable stay, family-friendly benefits, and especially the outstanding staff, we felt the hotel offered very good value.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, particularly for families and multigenerational groups.
