Nice cottage
Our accommodation was great but a little bit overpriced. We paid over 400 € for night (including breakfast) and we had to bring our own bed linen and towels as well as clean up the cottage. We chose it because with linen and cleaning the price would have been over 500 € for night.
The jacuzzi and air source heat pump were nice because it was very warm at the time. The sauna had a window directly onto the balcony of the next apartment, and passers-by stared at us while we were in the jacuzzi. So if you want privacy, you should choose another room type.
The breakfast was tasty and it was nice to eat it in our apartment instead of breakfast hall. It wasn’t possible to choose the time of breakfast. We woke up at 6am and had to wait almost three hours for breakfast.
The restaurant prepares dinner by pre-order only. In the evening, we tried to go out to eat. First, Jormuan grilli: closed. Second, Neste Kontionmäki: the kitchen closed. Finally, we drove 62 km to Kajaani to get some warm food and another 62 km back. So we recommend bringing everything you want to eat with you.
We agree with the previous reviewer that the final touch of luxury was missing. However, we enjoyed our stay in Panoramic House and would recommend it for other travellers.

Nice stay with an astonishing view
We stayed one night in the panoramic guest house which had its own jacuzzi. Verh nice accommodation on a pictoresque landscape. The owners were absolutely warm and welcoming and serivce was good!
Check in quite late, only at 4 p.m. No owen in the cottage and the final touches of luxus missing.
Otherwise really worth the try and the drive! We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Horrible customer service
We were planning a small event with the "help" from the staff at Jättiläisenmaa including dinner at the restaurant and night at the panoramic house. The staff checked that the house is free and asked us to confirm the reservation until a certain date. However suddenly next week (before the agreed date) they let us know that someone had booked the panoramic house from internet and that it's no longer available for us. This of course left us no choice but to cancel our whole plan. Also during our earlier calls the staff sounded rude and unprofessional.
Note also that the bed linen and breakfast is not included in the prices of the "luxury" accommodations..

Onnistunut elämysloma kuvankauniissa maisemissa
Laadukkaat sängyt. Yllättävän hyvät löylyt saunassa, vaikka sähkökiuas. Huoneisto on hyvin äänieristetty - naapurista ei kuulunut pihaustakaan. Muutenkin paikka on ihanan hiljainen ja rauhallinen.
Astianpesukonetta jäimme tämän hintaisessa ja tasoisessa majoituksessa kaipaamaan. Moni varmaan hyödyntää ravintolan palveluita, mutta jos itse mielii kokkailla niin fasiliteetit siihen eivät ole kovin hyvät. Kaksi keittolevyä, perustarvikkeet ja ei uunia. Ns. ”mökkiruokia” tässä kyllä valmistaa.
Ulkoporeallas on ihana, tosin siihen olisi voinut olla käyttöohjeet. Palvelu kohteessa ensiluokkaista - erityiskiitos respan Iidalle ❤️
