Surprisingly Wonderful.
From what I could tell they have studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and when they are not full with permanent residents they rent the apartments on a nightly basis to tourists and as when I booked through hotels.com I wasn’t asked my age I assume they will rent to any age.
From what I have already said you may assume I didn’t like this place but it was fantastic and this was one of the top two places I stayed at on this holiday in Europe in 2023.
The property is relatively new, maybe three or four years old and my one bedroom apartment was spacious, bright and fully equipped. There was a large living room with sofa, chair and a big TV but I don’t think they had any English language stations. There was a small modern fully equipped kitchen which came in useful during my stay. These apartments are meant for full time living but the kitchenettes are on the small side with a cooktop, microwave, fridge and all the utensils you could want.
The bedroom had a big comfortable bed, chair and a closet with plenty of storage and a safe. and there was a huge modern bathroom with plenty of storage.
There was a heated indoor pool which looked nice but you were required to wear a cap which I didn’t have and there was a dining room but I was not sure if tourist guests could use it.
The location is pretty good being not too far from the old town area, river and beach with lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area.
They had free car parking but it was a bit on the limited side but I managed to get parking each night.
While not a typical style of tourist accommodation I found this to be a great place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Minus points: no Wifi and if you’re taller than 6 ft. You won’t fit in the bed.
