Double billing thank you Enzo!

Following my visit to this hotel I paid my room on the automatic payment ...
Having taken possession of my it since 15 minutes surprise: second charge via the cb used at the reservation...
I of course told the reception that the situation would be corrected after checking... okay...
A week later despite my reminders via email and phone no answer and no refund...
Review: a room paid twice...
Clear incompetence or a deliberate fraud impossible to know
In case and although having frequented this hotel several times already qq years ago I will not return!
Between steps with my bank and the authorities to try to recover the funds a trip and an experience to quickly forget!
Although widely used to hotel stays especially in my previous job I had never known this kind of myadventures and if the mistake is possible the complete silence of the management n inspires no confidence in this « professional »...
Given the offer on the area I strongly advise against and at twice the room rate you will find without any harm bcp better and more serious

Horrible, if I had the choice I would have gone home, and no staff at the reception to ask to change rooms (room 233)
- the headboard in faux leather that crumbles on the bed, where you can see very clearly piles of nail marks planted in it, it looks like a pass hotel
- trace of mascara on the pillow
- a smell of sewage “hidden” by a stinky tchip perfume, when I arrived I thought the maintenance worker had just gone to relieve himself
- scaled toilet with traces of urine under the broom
– the hostess in the morning who sees me paying for a machine-soluble coffee without warning me that there was free and beaned coffee right next to her
A first price hotel is a hotel with low-end bedding and few services, not a disgusting hotel!!

It's almost Halloween, this hotel is a sensation!

I made hotels more or less well, but there I caught the ponponpon!! It was late so no one was at the reception. WC that fled at night it made a background noise but I would have preferred the rain. Decomposing headboard we are soon in the theme Halloween not bad! Scam machine on the ground floor, no way to have a snack, no coffee it does not give you change and payment by card is done except that you do not have your coffee. A tip check the rooms you make rent or view complete a minimum Enzo well to you, not later.

HOTEL TO ESCAPE!! No hot water, leak, dirty hotel, no staff

We booked one night in the Orion Hotel from 01/06/24 to 01/07/24. Being pregnant, we were hoping for peace and comfort, but it was quite the opposite. We did not have hot water to wash with no water pressure (supporting videos), the bathroom heater did not work, the toilet flush leaked, the headboard was damaged (scratched, cracked and stained), the smell in the hotel was nauseating, the carpet was very dirty and stained, the pipes made noise all night, the breakfast was not worth the price, the drinks machine in the hall and television did not work. Over the two days, there was no reception staff to report all our inconveniences! The kitchen staff told us the next morning that we were unfortunately not the only ones in this situation...
I contacted the establishment several times and left emails, but I was never able to contact the director. It would never be available. It's scandalous ! To date, I have not received any compensation.
We already came to this hotel 4 years ago with very good memories and a service that met our expectations. However, this hotel was bought by a road chain and it has deteriorated enormously. He is no longer what he was. HOTEL TO ESCAPE!!

Review badges, and cleanliness of walls, and carpets, no light on upstairs stairs at 6 a.m.

room 31 squeaky bed. Room change at 10 p.m. key badge deactivated not possible to enter our room, no reception.. obliged to go to hotel diane to reactivate, the next day the same not possible to enter the hall, difficulty….
Clean bedding, stained carpet…disappointed…
