Excellent value for money in a privileged setting.

Very good stay for the second consecutive year at the Azureva Vacation Village in Anglet. I returned with pleasure and was not disappointed. The staff is truly top-notch: welcoming, available, and always smiling.
I particularly appreciated the activities offered. The introduction to tai chi with Théophan was a wonderful discovery. Théophan is an excellent instructor, calm, pedagogical, and caring. He knows how to convey the basics of this discipline simply and allows everyone to progress at their own pace in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The Afghan walking with Fabien was also a very enriching moment. Fabien explains this breathing and walking technique with passion and clarity. This introduction made me want to incorporate this practice into my daily life as it brings relaxation, energy, and well-being.
Regarding the accommodation, the value for money is excellent. Of course, it is not a 5-star hotel, but for the price offered, the rooms are comfortable and the entire village is pleasant. My only small downside would be the absence of air conditioning or, failing that, fans in the rooms, which could be appreciated during periods of high heat.
In summary, a very pleasant stay in a friendly setting, with a warm team, quality entertainment, and excellent value for money. I recommend it without hesitation.

Positive points:
The location
cleanliness, quality of the bedding,
ocean view and location of the property near the ocean and the center, pool and center well maintained,
friendly staff whether at the front desk, housekeeping, the bar, the restaurant, or the entertainment.
Meals good and varied,
Air conditioning in the restaurant and at the bar.
Negative points:
Room small and overheated with no possibility of creating a draft (fortunately we had brought fans...), windows difficult to close.
Entertainment without interest, no atmosphere which did not foster connections between vacationers, (no atmosphere at the broadcast of the soccer World Cup for example). No advertising or anything that made you want to participate in the activities, and we ended up with 2 families, or even fewer...
The kids' club wasn't really one; no activities were actually planned, and there were few hours and days of operation. Teen club, one unannounced evening, so no teens, just children....
No water aerobics even though there is a beautiful pool, no tennis, no pétanque, basketball, or soccer tournaments even though there are courts at the center, no entertainment staff shows (admittedly, with 2 people it's a bit tight...). We are used to Azureva clubs and this is the first time we have lamented this lack of entertainment, especially since we went to this Azureva club for that...
Despite the good location and the magnificent region, we will not return to this establishment....

Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié notre emplacement, la vue sur l'océan, la propreté de l'établissement, la qualité de la literie, les repas ainsi que l'accueil et la disponibilité de nos équipes. Vos compliments leur seront transmis avec grand plaisir.
Nous sommes en revanche sincèrement désolés que l'animation n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous comprenons votre déception, d'autant plus si vous êtes habituée à séjourner dans nos établissements pour cette ambiance conviviale. Vos remarques concernant le programme d'animations, les activités sportives et les clubs enfants et adolescents ont bien été prises en compte et seront partagées avec les équipes concernées afin de poursuivre nos améliorations.
Concernant la chaleur dans les chambres, nous avons entendu les retours de nos clients et des ventilateurs sont désormais disponibles. Si les fortes chaleurs reviennent, nous serons cette fois mieux équipés pour y faire face.
Nous regrettons que ce séjour ne vous ait pas donné envie de revenir, malgré les nombreux aspects que vous avez appréciés. Nous espérons néanmoins avoir l'occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous faire vivre une expérience davantage conforme à vos attentes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: False advertising and catastrophic management – A disgrace to tourism… I give it a rating of: 1/5

If you are looking for a real vacation, look elsewhere. The Azuréva club in Anglet is the perfect example of a mirage: promises on paper, published by headquarters that has no notion of the reality on the ground, a disaster in reality. Aside from its ideal geographical location 300 meters from the sea, everything else is an absolute shipwreck.
Ghostly and deceptive entertainment:
We were misled by false information. The water aerobics announced for the summer? Pure fiction, it simply never took place. The overall entertainment? Nonexistent, certainly some visits, but the tennis tournaments, volleyball, sports matches??? Nonexistent. The kids' club was also nowhere to be found from the very first day of our vacation. We had to wait until the second day and the arrival (apparently unplanned) of an activity leader for some semblance of organization to be put in place on the fly. It is total amateurism for a vacation club.
Let's also mention the cafeteria of misery (all-you-can-eat empty buffet option).
The management of the catering is intolerable. They sell us an "all-you-can-eat buffet" theoretically open from 7:05 PM to 8:45 PM. In reality, by 7:30 PM, there is already no choice left. The appetizers are strictly identical from the first to the last day of the week, without any variety. The center manager is totally overwhelmed by the poor management of his kitchen, supported by cooks who navigate in "good enough" territory. Result: it's not his fault, it's production's fault?!? No quantity, no choice, and a meal quality that is more than mediocre. We felt like we were being rationed by a school cafeteria in abandoned and dilapidated facilities.
The site suffers from a cruel lack of maintenance that borders on a lack of respect for the customers. The premises are dilapidated. The height of the ridiculous is reached in terms of sports: flowers and bushes are growing quietly on the tennis court, while the multisport activity field has become totally unusable due to a degraded and dangerous surface.
In summary:
Azuréva sells a dream and delivers a totally disorganized, low-cost service. Paying for such a level of mediocrity is unacceptable. Establishment to be avoided at all costs.

Nous prenons connaissance de votre avis avec attention. Toutefois, plusieurs affirmations ne reflètent pas la réalité de votre séjour, comme nous avons déjà eu l'occasion d'en échanger ensemble sur place.
Concernant les animations sportives, les tournois initialement prévus ont effectivement été adaptés en raison des fortes chaleurs et des épisodes de canicule. Dans un souci de sécurité pour nos vacanciers et nos équipes, il n'était pas envisageable d'organiser des activités sportives intensives en extérieur aux heures les plus chaudes. Des animations de remplacement ont donc été proposées.
S'agissant du club enfants, celui-ci a bien fonctionné. Les activités ont été organisées dans la salle d'animation attenante au bar afin de permettre aux enfants de profiter d'un espace climatisé, plus adapté aux conditions météorologiques.
Concernant l'aquagym, nous reconnaissons qu'une erreur de communication s'est glissée dans les informations diffusées. Dès que nous nous en sommes aperçus, celle-ci a été corrigée et nous vous présentons à nouveau nos excuses pour cette confusion.
À propos de la restauration, notre formule à 16 € comprend chaque soir un buffet d'entrées variées, un choix de fromages et de desserts, ainsi qu'un plat principal composé d'une viande, d'un poisson, d'un accompagnement féculent et d'un légume. Cette offre est conforme à ce qui est annoncé et cohérente avec le tarif proposé.
Nous regrettons que votre expérience n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. En revanche, il est dommage qu'une partie importante de votre commentaire contienne des affirmations inexactes ou très éloignées de la réalité, car cela nuit à la crédibilité de votre témoignage et ne permet pas aux futurs vacanciers de se faire une opinion objective.
Nous restons attachés à accueillir les remarques constructives, qui nous permettent de continuer à améliorer la qualité de nos prestations.

For a short stay it is very good

Hotel very well located. Beautiful view of the sea
Clean room but a little small.
It's a shame there is no air conditioning.
Very disappointing dinner.
Very little choice... only water with the meal... standard breakfast.

Very disappointing stay at the Azureva residence in Anglet.
The cleanliness is really lacking: black toilet bowl, dirty floor, presence of pests in the room, and a small broken table.
The shower is extremely small, making it impossible to move properly, and the layout is so poorly designed that one can literally brush their teeth while sitting on the toilet.
Overall, it gives the impression of a poorly maintained hotel that needs a real refresh and serious hygiene checks.
Experience is far from what one can expect from a vacation establishment.
