A really easy and convenient place to stop when travelling using the train or ferry from/to the UK.
Room small but clean and functional. Staff very helpful, easy and safe parking.
The breakfast had lots of different options and great coffee.
Would definitely recommend and use again for an overnight stop.

For the money and location it was a good stay. Helpful staff, easy parking and the breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel in quite location in front of the lake. Room are clean and optimized.
Good restaurant and service. Personnel at the reception always available to satisfy customer request.
I would definitely suggest this hotel.

Peaceful hotel by a lake.

Pretty outdoor setting with a beautiful view of the lake. Parking on site quite large.
Warm, spacious, clean room with a beautiful bathroom.
Welcome and hospitality from the staff.
Breakfast: good value for money; nothing lacks sweet and savoury. Only downside for tables not laid before our arrival in the morning.

Disappointing

It is very difficult to find a decent hotel in Dunquerque, so we hoped this time we would be lucky... Unfortunately it was very disappointing as when we went in there was a a smell of fries, the heating was not in our room and the quilt cover had a stain on it. The vegetarian meal was poor and part of it was missing, although it was then brought to us when we asked. One of the lamps by the bed came detached and three out of four did not work.
The staff were, however, very accommodating and helped us promptly to put the heating on.
