A secret gem
We visited the hotel restaurant for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. Both the food and the service were excellent. The menu is somewhat quirky and certainly quite diverse, seeking to please all tastes and desires. I had enjoyed a large lunch earlier that day so was very happy with the Le Crochet, or what I would call, a very special club sandwich with truffle; Washed down with a very fine Château de Montmirail
Special thanks to Amy, who was so attentive and kind, and of course, the chef.
Our experience was so positive that we went back for lunch the next day. Beautiful setting in the gardens. The turbot was perfectly cooked and well presented with a good balance of fish- sauce ratio.
Before ending, I must thank the reception staff who were incredibly welcoming and a very special thank you to “Monsieur Same-man”(juggling both luggage and sommelier badges). He is clearly a hospitality guru; extremely patient and kind. A true hospitality professional in a time of self-service and Ai

A major lack of maintenance
We stayed one night and we were very disappointed, the pool poorly maintained and all green around it, the air conditioning too weak for this season, and to top it all off, the ice machine was broken… on the other hand, the staff is very kind and professional.

Hotel is dated, AC is almost dying, rooms need repairs… everything is needing maintenance…but personal is very friendly

breakfast and dinner served onsite and you could eat in the courtyard which is picturesque. Breakfast was well stocked with fresh orange juice machine. Parking was behind the hotel in a gated lot.
