Exceptional stay
The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable, everything is perfectly maintained and tastefully decorated. It immediately feels good. The comfort is total and every detail is thought out so that we lack everything.
Breakfast is simply fabulous: delicious, generous and carefully prepared products. Special mention of chestnut cake, a killing!
A huge thank you to Michael for his kindness, warm welcome and excellent advice to discover Patrimonio and the surrounding area. A rare address where you already want to come back before you even leave!

To book with your eyes closed!
The room where we stayed overnight was very well decorated, warm and the bathroom well equipped.
Private terrace overlooking the pool, we could not swim there (cool temperatures), but everything invites to soak in the sun.
Breakfast was hearty, generous with local products and homemade.. A superb discovery.
Mikael is really friendly and has great tips for visiting the area.
Best value for money! Too bad, we only stayed there one night... We'll have to come back

Casa Eva Maria is a perfect guest house for your stay in Patrimonio. Mikael welcomed us with great thoughtfulness and remains available throughout the stay. The room is spacious, with a terrace offering splendid views of the beautiful pool and the village of Patrimonio. A real dream.
Breakfasts are generous and well stocked. The big plus: the pool house, very well equipped and decorated with great taste. It feels like home by your own pool — perfect for an aperitif or a light meal to prepare yourself.
And if you have forgotten your bottle of wine, a small wine cellar is at your disposal, offering a beautiful selection of local wines, from large estates, at very sweet prices.
