Beautiful discovery

We discovered and honestly it is a magical place, the staff is very welcoming, the rooms very well kept, the cuisine very good and the club very well attended
We will come back to it and we recommend it with firm eyes

Terrible

Nice place and pleasant setting, unfortunately the experience was spoiled by the behavior of the owner, who was far too clingy and full of himself. We also found a cockroach in the room, which is truly unacceptable. The prices for the drinks are excessively high for the quality offered. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

Very disappointed with our experience.
Welcoming was particularly cold and disorganized. The staff seemed unconcerned, borderline closed, and the lack of politeness was glaring. We expected a respectful place, yet we felt like we were disturbing rather than customers.
The most regrettable thing is the attitude of the management: despite our courteous remarks, no excuse, no effort to understand or appease the situation. A minimum of consideration would have been appreciated.
In an establishment that is supposed to value elegance and respect, this behavior is truly unacceptable. Very disappointing experience — we will not come back.

Cela fait de nombreuses années que vous êtes clients de notre établissement, et cela c'est toujours bien passé.
Faut il mettre un tel commentaire, parce que nous étions en rupture de sorbet citron.

Magical, warm, with beautiful values

magnificent complex, the place is magical and magnificent. A warm and unforgettable welcome. Yolande, Claude-Michel, Mederic, Vincent, Laura and Martial are exceptional people who put you at ease from the first minute. the rooms are very good, you sleep like a baby. The cuisine is excellent. The club is very good, cozy, with a very good atmosphere. only one downside...we don't want to leave at all. thanks again

Unforgettable libertine experience

Regularly used to libertine clubs with my wife, I must say that we greatly appreciated the Usine, and will return there with great pleasure. A warm and sensual atmosphere, coupled with impeccable maintenance of the premises. In addition, we met a wonderful couple there, allowing us to discover new sensations and pleasures. Finally, being from the Vallée de la Bruche, the proximity of the club is just an additional advantage.
