Do not hesitate to go
The view from the rooms is extraordinary if you love the sea.

(almost) One without fail!
The room is spacious, nice, the balcony overlooking the sea is absolutely magical and gives a real impression of having your feet in the water...
The bathroom has a superb aesthetic, the bathtub is large and perfect for a good little sparkling bath
Only small flat; toilet with a damp floor and swollen walls due to this same humidity.
Apart that, everything is clean and comfortable, the welcome is warm, we feel good, I recommend couples and families passing through Biarritz!
(PS: be careful not to take anything in the minibar during your stay, it's extra, it would be nice for the owners to specify it somewhere )

amazing see view
full see view the beach at 50 meter but it s most for surfing the sea is not easy for swimming
i got a superior room at least 35 sm with a nice living room and 2 terraces but no free water
it' s not an hotel it s a residence hotel so you have somebody at reception only day time until 6 pm
the owner is really helpful and polite
you can order a breakfast in room
it was on november time so very quite nobody inside
good place for few days
