Everything was excellent and classy
Comfortable hotel, delicious breakfast.. everything was great .......
The result was corresponding to our expectations...
The hotel was in a great location for exploring Cannes.

A crap of location (proven with photos). Don't throw away your money!
Because they were many surprises. This trip was a gift for my mum and my sister so check in what I ended up with…… I will just try to mention some;
- The published pictures of the flats are misleading. There have nothing to do with what we came across there. Believe me I travelled enough, hotels are supposed to advert the best pics they have and I understand this but when you arrive, there is a lot of similarity between what you had seen online and what you personally see there. In this case seems to be all difference Hotel!!
- When we (4 of us) arrived in Cannes, weather was hitting 32° C, therefore perfect for swimming and bad for sleeping. Rooms were meant to have air conditioning but the reality there was just one mobile air conditioner. So I had to sleep in this hill of room and my parents as well, leaving the air conditioner for my youngest sister. Not sure, the genius of the receptionist who thought to provide just one mobile air conditioner for 4 people, are we supposed to sleep all of us in just one room?
- The very professional receptionist handed us keys of the flat with a broken table! What! Are you serious! How on the earth you provide guests a table with a broken leg?! Please check the attached photo.
- They were supposed to speak at least 4 languages which one of them OBVIOUSLY is English but the guy was barely communicating with us. I had to jump as a monkey to describe him things. Am I supposed to learn French because I am staying there for 2 days?
- Stains were in everywhere in the moquette which making it seem that dirty!! This was easily to find in anywhere and was able to take away any desire to eat seeing these disgusting scenes. On The wall you can find some stains as well but was just not nice to see it fortunately had no impact on your persona.
Worst experience ever! Wasted my money but was a good location.
For a bit more you can find 10 times better than this place or pay less and go a bit outside the city centre.
DON'T GO THERE!

Nightmare from start to end
We booked through booking.com and were told to Turn up at 56 boulevard. As we drove toward the apartments trying to find the correct address I remember thinking that the building next door looked derelict as though it were war torn. I remember joking to my wife about it suggesting we wouldnt want to stay there!
Then we were greeted by a guy who asked us to follow him to our appartment. He promptly led us back out onto the street and next door to the "shell building". up the stairs we went to the first floor to be greeted by an apartment that was only to reveal more horrors.
There were two cleaners in the apartment who were frantically cleaning and clearing out the remains of the previous occupiers mess. The floor was in a state there was left over food lying around and we were embarrassingly reassured that it would take 20 mins only to clean it up and we should wait. We sat on the bed like lemons and waited while they speed cleaned (badly) the apartment.
The manager showed us that we had a terrace that overlooked a literally "bomb crater' styled garden and there was no air condition but a single fan that looked like it had seen better days.
My wife was no struggling to hold back the tears as the holiday was starting to turn sour. The manager asked us if everything with the apartment was OK and we agreed we would give it a go as it could just just have been first impressions . BIG MISTAKE!
When they left we looked further around the apartment and started to see that not only did it look bad but also it was a DEATH TRAP in electrical wiring. See photos for pics of units wired as spurs to other units and broken bulbs etc.
We lasted one night and then decided to get another hotel in nearby Juan Les Pins. When we went to return the key and have it out with the manager the next morning they weren't there so we left the key under a rock as others had done and left.
They have since offered to refund us 100Euro of the stay and that was ages ago and still no refund.
My advice .....DO NOT BOOK!!!!!

Very basic apartments, elevator not working, we had 4th floor apartment....
We cancelled directly after arrival. The apartment we got was quite spacious, but on the 4th floor without functioning elevator. The interior was very basic and the airco didn't work (it was 30+ degrees when we were there). Luckily enough the landlord (lady) was so kind to refund our money without any hassle, we were happy to move somewhere else.
It is a very nice building, but completely abandoned. The interior was very old and old fashioned. Not our cup of tea....

Good choice for families with small kids
We booked a flat with 2 bdrs and fully equipped kitchen which was perfect: washing machine, stove + oven, microwaves, fridge.
Good location (10 min walking from La Croisette and 3 min walking from the nearest supermarket and restaurant)
