Don't stay, there are quite a few hotels in the village.

Old and poorly preserved building.
I imagine that someday they will decide to clean the carpet (we found pieces of cereal on the floor), the edges of the window, the blind (it must have been a few years without knowing a chamois), the shower curtain (yes, curtain, which sticks to your body when you open the shower, and with more fungi on the bottom than an alpaca of mushrooms).
The fan (effectively no air conditioning), needs a little oil.
Breakfast without any sausage: a croissant, a bread roll, a cheese, a butter, a confectionery and honey. And coffee.
We stayed two nights (fortunately) and they didn't even go in to make the beds.
Anyway, an experience not recommended.

Very disappointed

General condition not very conclusive the hotel is dirty the pillow covers were stained.
The floor of the Cole room the walls with holes everywhere I do not recommend this hotel breakfast lower than a formula 1.
Too bad the staff has a touch of humor.

Only one night booked fortunately

Unwelcoming hotel, the room was dirty, sheep on the ground, stained sheet and dust leaves.The dirty windows.
The retro and dirty bathroom,,hair on the floor and in the shower..those of previous guests.
No chairs or small desk to put things down.
Decent breakfast but served by being on the phone...not recommendable

Lamentable.

If you want to miss your stay in Carcassonne, take this hotel!
Very dirty, badly done, enough to depress.
How can you hold a place like this and look in a mirror?
When I think that these are the places that have benefited the most from the Covid...

Two stars near Station, squares, clubs and Medieval City on foot in 15 'to the bridge...

Advantages: proximity to the medieval city and also to the train station, the middle ground that made us choose it. You have to settle because it is a two star and therefore as such no room service, the shower in the end was a bathtub with the curtain and there was no air conditioning but there is a fan .. everything very reduced if you do not have big claims and if you use the room only to sleep as we usually do, it is not a problem. The normal breakfast, empty croissants, the Lavazza car that does everything, two jams, yogurt, baghettes.La lady was kind and let us into the room even earlier than expected so we could leave the suitcase, gave us the necessary information. Quiet room all in all. Defects: it is a hotel that needs a little maintenance in the rooms and a little extra cleaning.
