A true home away from home in Carcassonne
I stayed at Comfort Aparthotel Zenitude Carcassonne for almost two weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. A special thank you to Thomas, Marie-Pierre and Jean-Loris, who were always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay truly memorable.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also deserve a big thank you—they did a fantastic job every day and were always so friendly.
I absolutely loved the swimming pool. It was peaceful and, during the day, it often felt like I had it all to myself. There is also a small gym downstairs, which was perfect for my daily workouts. It may be compact, but it has everything you need to stay active.
The location is excellent too—only about a 30-minute walk to the beautiful medieval Cité de Carcassonne, making it easy to explore while staying somewhere peaceful and relaxing.
Everything exceeded my expectations. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like part of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Comfort Aparthotel Zenitude to anyone visiting Carcassonne, and I sincerely hope to return one day

Run away.
Very dirty room, black bathroom joints, dust by everything, hair, dirty dishes, etc. Everything is dirty. Unpleasant receptionist, rude. Breakfast room dirty, sticky. Run away.

Disappointing
Single positive point: parking available.
Everything else is negative: the pool small, dirty, smells like toilets.
The room is dirty, the carpet from another filthy time.
The breakfast expensive for the products offered, but as there is nothing around so they enjoy it.
The reception wasn't great.

Good.
Booked for one night during a stop on the way to the holiday.
Very spacious quadruple room. Sofa bed on the living room side, double bed in the bedroom. A little aging but still largely acceptable.
Presence of a swimming pool, small but which has the merit of being there which allows everyone to cool off in the big heat.
Presence of a water fountain and available to guests in the Welcoming Lobby which is very appreciable.
Secure parking.
Attention to the location, residence stuck between two very busy roads, poor soundproofing... In addition, there is no shutter which can have a real impact on the quality of sleep.
Need for a car because quite eccentric all the same.
I recommend one night.

A bit too worn for more than 3 stars.
We had a single stopover at the hotel. Nice parking conditions, small apartment for 4 people and tea kitchen. It went fine with check-in very nice staff. But the room was very worn, the drawing bed in the living room knicked and was not good to lie on, the toilet ran, so it pulled water every 5 minutes which noisy quite a lot and so it is very noisy when other rooms use water. Overall, a pretty troubled night.
