A Fuir!!! A cruel lack of Customer Service!
PMR room requested and normal room!!!
We had made the reservation several days before and no one contacted us before. So we arrived with our son who no longer walks at all and travels in a manual wheelchair. We could not shower him or take him to the toilet!! However, these are primary needs. We almost came with his electric chair, he would have slept outside! What a professionalism! The gentleman on the night of our arrival didn t even contact other colleagues to find a solution. Nothing but to tell us that he was passing the message to his director, that it was not normal, that the director will be there the next day (not there), and that a gesture would be made to us (a minimum, even if it does not take away our injustice when we had mentioned it, neither our backache, nor our son's guilt, nor show us that we do not have the freedom to go on vacation when we have spent time to check accessibility and mention it! But it must be understood that all reservations arrive printed in very small, the same evening for the same evening. The director was not present the next day and she did not return our calls! What a seriousness and interest for disabled people who are also customers! We paid 200 euros in total for 4 people, not to be able to shower or use the toilet for our son!
The mattress was torn and it wasn't clean either. At 9:15, there was nothing left for breakfast. But in claiming, it was put back. Do not plan to bathe in the bathtub , everything is very small and very poorly maintained. Cleaning lady very friendly and efficient but very alone.....In short, only the air conditioning was good. And drinking bedding. Catastrophic stay and lack of seriousness and incredible professionalism.
They absolutely do not read what you book. And very fair parking spaces.

Subject: Official claim – Stay from 18 to 21 November 2025 – Hotel Kyriad Aéroport de Carcassonne
Madam, sir,
Following our stay at your establishment, from 18 to 21 November 2025, we would like to express our deep dissatisfaction with the many malfunctions encountered, which made our experience particularly unpleasant.
First of all, at dinner on November 18th, we ordered two pizzas:
A Regina pizza, charged €14, prepared with canned mushrooms, which is unacceptable at this rate, where fresh produce is legitimately expected.
A Farm pizza, charged €16, whose onions were full of water, an obvious sign of a poorly thawed and very poor quality product.
The waitress then told us that these pizzas were prepared by a caterer, which is not indicated on the card at any time, which we consider a lack of transparency towards customers.
The next day we reported at the reception the excessive noise from the road, making it almost impossible to rest in our room, and requested a change of room. This request was refused on the grounds that the hotel was complete.
We also drew the reception’s attention to the complete lack of lighting in the 3rd floor corridor leading to room 310. This situation presented a real danger of an accident. The receptionist, visibly annoyed, simply replied that it was an “electrical problem.” Despite this, no intervention took place during the three days of our stay.
Finally, on the morning of November 21, we noticed the total absence of hot water, making any shower impossible. When we reported this problem at reception, the response was cold, contemptuous and without any proposed solution.
Worse still, the receptionist told several guests that she had waited for us on November 19 to change rooms, making us look like liars. We consider this behaviour unacceptable, humiliating and deeply unprofessional.
In terms of all these elements — poor and expensive food, lack of comfort, unresolved safety problem, lack of hot water and inappropriate attitude of staff —

Comfortable hotel faithful to the quality of this chain. The Memory Pillows are a real comfort. Competitive price. Rare quality restaurant for this range. Friendly staff. We highly recommend.
