Bof bof
A hotel residence that functions as studios for rent so you will have to clean or pay 50 € but still undo the bed and clean the surfaces.... A little expensive the sweep. We arrived the studio was not sharp and tons of sheep under the bed. Apart from that it is comfortable, studio 38 where we were seemed a little more spacious than the others. Nice view of the saltworks but very impersonal and standard.

Average, could be much better ...
Since the hotel does not accept pets, we booked a studio (19 m²) for 10 days with a supplement of 15 € / day for our pet. This supplement is excessive (it went from 10 € / day to 15 € / day on 01/01/26): no service is provided for the animal.
Upon our arrival, we parked in the hotel parking lot and followed the signs to go to the residence & pick up the keys. There was no reception at the residence. After 1/4 of an hour going in circles, we returned to the hotel reception where we picked up the keys (it should be mentioned on the reservation that you must check in at the hotel reception). We took the car back to go park in front of the residence.
We had booked a studio on the 1st floor with a balcony: the view of the salt marshes is very pleasant. The place is very quiet. However, the hallways to get to the Thalasso center & the restaurant are endless and very poorly marked. On the 1st day, we had a lot of trouble finding our way.
The studio, clean but not spotless, is too small. The large bed (180) is pushed against the wall & the kitchenette. Linens are provided but no hotel services for 10 days. There were enough towels for the period but no change of sheets. Good bedding. The studio has been renovated, or rather refreshed (paint and laminate flooring) but the equipment is old & basic (Ex: 4 different forks, outdated). No charm: insignificant decoration, plastic chairs, no air conditioning (we pointed out that during the renovation, AC could have been planned - Response: CSR, carbon footprint reduction & north-facing accommodation. When it is hot, it is hot, even facing north). Closet in the hallway large enough to hold the contents of the suitcase. Clean shower room: cheap wall covering (part of the tile seems to have been repainted).
We visited a 1-bedroom apartment before leaving: much larger and better laid out / decorated.
Breakfast taken at the hotel restaurant: excellent.
At the hotel, which is freshly renovated, there is no refrigerator in the rooms (except for premiums & suites): for a 4-star, it's mediocre. Always the CSR argument put forward. CSR is mainly used to save money for hoteliers / restaurateurs. Admittedly, there are fountains in the hallway & ice cubes at the bar but going out in the middle of the night to get cold water is not great.

DISAPPOINTMENT
The site is very well located and the facilities are fine too. Outside installations are cramped.
However, the welcome is not up to the standard of a 4 star, an uneducated receptionist who expresses herself in a cavalier way...
Do not book apartment 24 there is a tree right in front of the bay window (you will see nothing), it makes the room very dark.
The microwave and the television didn't work, we don't come to watch TV that's a fact but why put one on then?
I had booked treatments (which were changed at the last minute without noticing, I had to wait a good part of the afternoon in the lobby of the spa for a solution), I could not enjoy my afternoon when I had come on a weekend.
Very disappointed....no compensation not even a drink offered at the bar (no sense of welcome).

Traumatic experience
Arrived at this accommodation referred by Expedia for an incident on the property booked by us
From the photos it seemed a good location instead waiting for us there was a nice engine room under the floor of the studios and a nice marsh and smelly under our terrace. The studio was clean and comfortable lacked essentials like hand soap.
The next morning, after we hadn't slept a wink all night due to the deafening noise we asked at reception for the room change and were told it was not available. Immediately we changed hotel and at the time of check out as if by magic had come out the room .To make it clear that even the staff is not very attentive to the customer.
Too bad I can't attach the videos to testify to what was written.

je ne sais pas quelle réponse vous apporter car d'après nos réservations, vous n'avez pas séjourné à la résidence.
Nous n'avons pas de salle des machines sous le plancher et ne sommes pas un hôtel mais une résidence.
Je pense qu'il y a erreur mais le commentaire est toujours resté en ligne malgré nos demandes.
