Superb hotel

Very comfortable hotel. Very beautiful suite. Respect for requests during the reservation. Special mention for Alice at the reception for her attentiveness to clients, her advice, and her responsiveness.

Excellent location, the staff were wonderful and helped us with whatever we needed (including my son leaving his phone in the room after we’d checked out!), and the room was perfect!

A Quick Stopover on A71/A75

We had to make a last minute decision to stop in Cleremont-Ferrand on our way to Paris from Barcelona, but we were pleasantly surprised by the Novotel. The staff was extremely helpful and made a mean cocktail. The room seemed designed for traveling business people with a large work area and small kitchenette. All in all an acceptable stay at a more than reasonable price.
