The hotel was next to the station with its own car park. It was clean and pleasant inside. We walked to little italy area for evening meal which was close by. The breakfast was varied and theres ws plenty to choose from. The staff are very helpful.

As close to a 4 as I am to walking on the moon

The exterior is lovely — unfortunately, that’s where it ends. The room is extremely tired and in need of a thorough clean. The toilet flush button was absolutely repulsive, and the scratched toilet seat didn’t help. Paper coffee cups in the room are not what you expect in a hotel that claims to be above 1–2 star level. Breakfast although very limited did its job.
Service in the lounge was poor; the waiter was unhelpful and it felt like too much effort to be served, so we left and went elsewhere. We chose this hotel purely for its proximity to the station, but in hindsight it would have been better to take a taxi and stay somewhere else.

The hotel is well situated across the street from the main entrance of the train station in Colmar. The reception area appeared good, the ladies were nice at reception. and breakfast was decent. With that said the room I had was really worn down- carpet was filthy, furniture and door frame with chip marks. The closet area looked dirty. Bathroom was very worn down and dingy, shower area was disgusting and toilet seat paint chipped, shower faucet was missing hardware. The room needed a remodel! I will look for another hotel to stay the next time I return back to Colmar.

Nice hotel in good location opposite the train station. The reception area was very nice but rooms very old fashioned- ok if you don’t mind that kind of thing.

An old hotel which is due for an update. But clean and ok.
Biggest minus was the interieur temperature, not possible to get lower than 23 (centrally controlled). Very welcoming staff - park in the garage next to the station for 3 EUR/24t.
