The mats of Cotignac, a taste of paradise.

First, there is the welcome from the owners, their kindness, and their advice on places to visit.
The place is quiet with 4 rooms, each more beautiful than the last (we tried them all).
Then there is everything to relax in the sun: an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, and even a sauna (to be tried only if you come in December).
And then there is Denis's cooking, exceptional is the right word.
In short, a true little paradise to discover as soon as possible.

Provençal Paradise

We came to Provence to relax and renew. We chose the perfect place in Le Mas de Cotignac. Denis and Sylvie are the consummate hosts.
Sylvie takes such beautiful care of the lovely rooms and gardens. She pays attention to every detail, right down to the freshly picked fig waiting for us when we checked in - heavenly!
The grounds are incredibly peaceful - so many relaxing places to sit and soak up the sun of Provence.
Sylvie grows much of what Chef Denis prepares for breakfast and dinner - you can taste the freshness!
Denis is an amazing chef. No other restaurant comes close to his delicious creations. They are a feast for the senses; the depth and layers of flavor and the stunning presentation is unmatched.
The best part of our stay? The sweet couple we befriended and the hilariously funny and warm Denis and Sylvie. We can’t wait to come back ❤️ Merci beacoup!
* Cotignac is a perfect home base to explore the Var region. They will also help decide your plans for the day - we loved every recommendation.

Mas de Cotignac experience

The stay at the MAS was unique Outstanding diner. One could not eat better
In a one star Michelin restaurant. A memorable experience very very friendly
Owners. Everything high class. From the restaurant to the pools and the Suites
Extraordinary. Will definitely come again

Living like God in France

The accommodation " Le Mas de Cotignac" is excellent in every respect. The whole complex is well maintained and offers great comfort with indoor and outdoor pool. Also our room was comfortable.
An incredible eye - and stomach feast is the excellent food.
The whole is crowned by the kindness and personal care of the hosts.
