Robo de reloj de comunión-Theft of a First Communion watch
I want to warn other families to be VERY CAREFUL with their belongings when staying at Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe.
My son accidentally left his First Communion watch in the bathroom of our room. By the time we realized it, we were already at the park. Since it was our last day, we assumed that the housekeeping staff would have found it and handed it in at reception.
When we returned to the hotel, the watch was not at reception, and nobody offered us any real solution. We were simply told to submit a complaint through an online platform, and that was basically it.
What is most upsetting is that this is not just about the financial value of the watch. It was his First Communion watch, an item with enormous sentimental value to my son.
Please be very careful and do not leave any valuable belongings in your room, even if you think you are staying at a Disney hotel where your belongings will be safe. We trusted that the watch would be safe, but unfortunately that was not the case. The person who cleaned the room did not hand it in.
A truly disappointing and heartbreaking experience. Do not assume your belongings are safe—keep a very close eye on your valuables.

Waited 2 days to get an extra fan.... 32 degrees after spending hours venting the room.... never slept!!
They dont care and will not answer your call....
