Beautiful Chateau in the Amazing French country side

This full of character old country Chateau brings you back in times and you immediately feel relaxed when greeted by its host , a lovely chatty couple . Inside it’s beautifully decorated with ancient furniture and beds and curtains of a real chateau.
Quietness and the landscape is a plus , cows that are part of the farm of the chateau can be visited if you book in advance .
And always if you ask in advanced you can enjoy a tasty typical dinner in the beautiful living room , sharing a big table with other guests and making friends as we did . The breakfast is copious and shared in the same room. If you like to play pool or read ancient books you are welcome upstairs ! Definitely a place where to stop while going up or down Europe as all the other guests were telling us .

Simply unique

Just wonderful. I have already been twice and will return hopefully soon. The owners welcome you in their beautiful residence with antique interiors, warm but discreet Welcoming at the same time, great breakfast. Excellent quality of sleep, impeccable cleanliness, large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Level, in every respect. It is in my opinion necessary to keep in mind that you enter a historic family home and it is essential to respect the places and guests, it does not seem suitable for those who make small and capricious children do what they want, nor for noisy groups. We will definitely be back.

A Charming Hotel

A charming place to stay with excellent food on offer and lovely individually styled rooms. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. This is the second time we have stayed here and love it. If you want somewhere special to stay, this is the place.

Delightful place to stay

Chateau de Longeville is a charming and beautiful house. We stopped overnight on our way to the South of France and again on the way back, staying in adjoining rooms for our family or four.
We were warmly received and there was plenty of room to park our trailer. We had a delicious home-cooked meal and were well looked after.
I would highly recommend Chateau de Longeville.

Charming Chateau

We stopped at Chateau Longeville on our way from the UK to Spain. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our lovely family room. The common areas are beautiful and there's plenty to do. The surroundings are gorgeous, in a country way, with cows nearby, a very tidy garden, and an adorable little donkey, Zara, whom our boys wanted to smuggle in the car with us (!).
Food was delicious, freshly prepared and served in the little dinning room. Our vegetarian son was specially catered for. The wine was perfect, a soft bodied red that complemented the meal very well.
We travelled with our dog (who unfortunately had come into heat and was a bit 'moody'). Genevieve was very understanding and kept her dog in a different room during our stay.
So all in all it was a great experience and we felt well looked after. It was a shame to have to leave the following morning. We'll be back :-)
