Good stop over.
Clean comfortable and very convenient for an overnight stop on a through trip south. Free parking overnight by the town hall, leave by 9.00am. Bathroom is compact but good shower and hot water. No kettle so bring your own!!
Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and plenty to see if you take an evening stroll. I recomend the 'Market Pub' for an evening meal. Just across the market place turn left as you leave the door.
Breakfast is limited 'French' but help yourself so one could be greedy.

HORRIBLE!!
Hotel to avoid!!! We had booked 2 nights, but we ended up staying only 1 night! The room was not soundproof at all; from 2 AM to 3 AM, we had to endure the chaos of the neighbors who were laughing and talking as if it were 2 PM, and their shower sounded like it was in our room—shall we mention that too?!! The doors slamming.... It was impossible to open the window that faced a filthy courtyard with a huge appliance that made noise all night—truly horrible! And the room was tiny; the bathroom door only opened about 8 inches max, it was stuck to the bed, making it impossible to pass without turning sideways! They really sell dreams when you see the photos, but the reality is quite different! Never again this hotel, and I certainly will not recommend it! Very disappointed... Having paid and having to sleep elsewhere is shameful! Really angry

3 stars at best.
Booked by work and would never pick or choose to stay here myself. Air conditioning sounds like a 747 at takeoff, bathroom is the size of a wardrobe and shower literally soaks the whole bathroom so you need every towel available. Rooms are very small and feel very cheap.

Adequate but bit pricey
The parking was hard to find - so more info on the website for this would be great The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in and the bathroom ( or bath cupboard) was adequate . It was clean and quiet which is all you need when it is just a stop over hotel . I thought the price was a bit high for the size and quality of the accommodation but as I booked last minute and didn’t look at anything else , I’m not sure if it is good value for the area . The pillows were lacking and the bed was a bit too firm for my preference but both were adequate for a last minute shut eye There was a plastic bag covering something on the ceiling not sure if this was the sprinkler or the smoke alarm - didn’t touch it to see but was weird I would probably stay again if there was nothing comparable in the area

Another decent stopover
The Reception chap was very friendly and the check-in process very efficient.
The room was decent yet with poor views and now looking a little tatty.
The whole hotel is now non-smoking but this rule is clearly often ignored.some corridoors,stairwell and lift stank of fusty old smoke.Indeed I spied a neigbouring client having a crafty puff, standing next to an open window, late at night.
How they could police this better I don't know.? There is only one staff member.
Hotel is ideally positioned for a stopover and the carpark to the rear is adjacent to McDonalds and the police HQ. but is quite expensive (about €5.80 1800-1000 overnight) although the POLICE should give one confidence.
Breakfast buffet was excellent value!
