To redo
The welcome is perfect and the team is very responsive. A power outage and the electrician arrived in less than 20 minutes. A very friendly professional.
Good advice for choosing restaurants.
The room is spacious, enough to make you comfortable, the comfortable XXL bed. Minibar, desk, electric kettle with tea. Big screen TV. And above all 3 large windows and a balcony overlooking the lake with table and 2 chairs. A very beautiful view.
Thank you to the team for this wonderful stay.

Massive disappointment
Bighest issue is a smell of sewage (!)from the moment you walk in, all the way to the corridor of the room. Awful.
We were on a floor which had been renovated and fortunately the room didn't smell and was in very good condition.
A big shocker was the fact that we found the cheapest bathroom amenities (pockets of shower gel you can get at Metro) in plastic glasses and cheapest toilet paper ever. The kind you find on highways.
The location is excellent and service good but the place really has to do something with the smell(s) and decide what kind of hotel it wants to be.

Perfect location, slightly dated but comfortable hotel
Negative things:
- no kettle in room, mini bar fridge wasn't cold at all (sadly I discovered this after buying yoghurt etc)
- ancient and ineffective hairdryer in the bathroom
- cramped shower space
- carpet very dirty, some tabletops not cleaned well
- wifi acccess had to be re-coded daily after getting a slip from the front desk
- safe in my room didn't work
Good things:
+ excellent, large bed
+ the balconies and views are incredible - I could look out the window all day
+ excellent location, super close to the ferry from Lausanne
+ spacious room
+ lots of storage
+ the breakfast spread was nice with a sweet that changed each day
+ iron is available on request
+ friendly staff
There's a nice Italian restaurant downstairs, a supermarket close by, and it's nice and central.
