Enjoy this great camping site
Very good welcome with a smile at the reception; in a camper for 4 nights, we were given a great shaded spot not far from the amenities, with a washing machine and dryer within reach; all the staff are smiling and helpful.

Noisy, dirty and just horrible..
Worst camping we have ever experienced. We booked 7 nights, only slept there one night and decided to find another place wasting 380 euros on this place and had one night without sleep.
Very noisy, music all the time until late in the night and we did not even live close to the beach or entertainment. The people next to us was also hearing loud music all the time and drinking like they were on a festival.
The toilets are very unclean, no toilet seats and women and men share the toilets. The dish washing is in the same room as toilet just disgusting and old.
The pool is overcrowded, people stand with 0,5 meter distance. No sun beds available. Way to small area for such a big camp site.
The beach is crowded and many weird/shady type of people hang out there.
I would never let me child run around on this camp site. I would never recommend this to anyone. For us this would be punishment to be here more than vacation. Just terrible. Have no idea how it has good reviews..

ewe location, but disappointing plumbing and lots of noise
they have mixed feelings about our stay at this campsite. A major flaw was the sanitary facilities: there are simply too few toilets available for the number of guests per toilet block (only two). This not only caused waiting times, but also heavily polluted toilets. We fed this back at the reception, because the toilets were really dirty. With so few toilets per building, cleaning should be done much more often. Unfortunately, our feedback was not really recognized or acknowledged.
In addition, we experienced a lot of noise pollution from outside the campsite in the evening. These were festivities on the beach — according to reception, something that the campsite itself has no influence over. We understand that, but it was disappointing that nothing was mentioned on the website about this, while this played out during 5 of the 7 days of our stay. By comparison, a festival on an official festival site was even quieter. A prior warning would have been appropriate.
Positively we liked the location near the lake, which was really nice. The pool was also a plus, with a clear and well-regulated system: you were only allowed in with a wristband that was renewed daily, which provided overview and tranquility.
All in all, a campsite with beautiful elements, but with clear areas for improvement in terms of sanitary facilities and communication about noise pollution.
We're not coming back here.

Bonjour Monique, merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolées que, malgré votre passage auprès de nos équipes, la situation n’ait pas été réglée : ce n’est pas le niveau de service que nous visons. Les sanitaires sont nettoyés plusieurs fois par jour, mais en forte affluence un renfort peut être nécessaire ; nous allons renforcer le suivi. Concernant le bruit, la haute saison peut être animée autour des bars de plage et nous faisons le maximum pour préserver la tranquillité. Mollie, Camping La Pinède

A site in a pine forest on the shore of Lake Geneva held such promise ….. however
Friendly staff clean toilets and showers.
Pitch allocation haphazard meaning smaller vans on pitches more suited to bigger ones . At night it was like trying to sleep in a night club with the noise from an adjacent venue which eventually stopped just after 1am

Bonjour Helen, tout d'abord merci pour votre retour d'expérience ! Quel dommage de lire que vous avez été gênée par le bruit du bar de la plage ! Nous aurions pu vous changer d'emplacement, nous avions de la place côté Pinède. Effectivement, samedi soir, c'était la dernière soirée du bar de plage et la musique a duré jusqu'à 01h du matin. Nous sommes transparents à ce sujet lorsque nous accueillons les vacanciers qui souhaitent avoir un emplacement proche de la plage et nous ne manquons pas de trouver une autre place quand c'est nécessaire pour que chaque client se sente parfaitement bien ! Toute l'équipe de la Pinède vous souhaite une excellente continuation et au plaisir de vous accueillir pour un séjour encore plus satisfaisant ! DISGUSTING!
The plumbing was disgusting. The orange mold and poop all over the walls, everywhere it smelled of urine, hair and cold water. baby plumbing was just as bad and couldn't even clean me dishes. At the reception there was no solution sought except that we had to find another campsite.
My child has contracted whirlpool dermatitis from the pool and with a heavy camper completely inadvisable because the holes break your suspension.
Even with only a bike at your disposal no well located place only town of Yvoire is safe to reach, you have to go on unsafe busy highways without bike paths.

Our cleaning teams are called upon morning, noon and evening to ensure that the sanitary facilities are clean and that the showers are working properly. As we discussed at reception, our team visited your sanitary block to carry out an additional thorough cleaning. I am sorry that this was not to your satisfaction.
