Very pleasant in every respect.

Everything is excellent: the welcome, the room, the quiet, the meals and a beautiful location for visiting the region (which is not limited to the Cathar castles).

Thank for your courteousness, excellent food and elegant setting

This is a real gem... The weather was fantastic so to have lunch outside under the trees by the pond with a bubbling fountain was heaven. The choices on the ardoise board ... Well everyone was tempting homemade by Sandrine and her staff on the cuisine.. everything was just YUM.. I strongly recommend making the effort to find this rare treasure..

A pearl in Qatar

Our first visit to this beautiful area that we came to by driving from N116 towards Gincla over the mountains.
The hotel itself has a good location in a small and very quiet village with good 30 inhabitants.
The hotel looks well kept and well restored. It is very tastefully decorated. The rooms, too. Good bed and nice bathroom with adjacent toilet. WiFi works.
The restaurant is a chapter for itself and is reputable. The menu card is presented inside the table.
At this visit I chose fois gras duo as a pretext.
As the main dish calf with morkels.
Dessert. The chef's recommendation.
Super tasty food. Great performance.
Good guidance by staff regarding the selection of drinks.
All in all a really good experience. Can highly recommend as a good restaurant to visit if you come to the area

Superbe hostellerie

Little getaway in the Corbières, we stayed two nights in this hotel.
Quiet, comfortable and an excellent bonus table!
Service was impeccable, with always a nice little word to accompany the dishes.
Good advice also on the wine side by the boss, with beautiful discoveries.
It's good, it's friendly warm, and quiet
Besides, the bourgeois house is superb!
To be redone...
