Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Such a fun atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Not great.

Not a lot. Bad smells in the hallway and on arrival in the room. Dust not made. Huge sheep under the mattress which must probably date from 2023, date of the receipt found under the mattress! Only the bathroom was pretty much decent household level but no pressure in the shower, no curtain or glass so water everywhere and barely hot water. Basic breakfast but reasonable quantity. Secluded location. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel without a shower or bath and normal rate

We booked one night at this hotel on the way back from vacation
Our car was in the parking lot for 1 week or parking side perfect.
Regarding the room, broken shower and no bathtub stopper!
At the time of our departure, I spoke to the receptionist about it. I wanted to speak to a manager, even by phone. Impossible.
It would have been nice to offer me a commercial gesture. Like a free breakfast. Nothing.
I warned the receptionist that I would leave a negative review. It's a shame not to have been able to take a shower in another room.

Room although very basic was ok.
Bed comfy, air con worked great and the food in restaurant was actually very good

A very poorly organized service and the reaction of the boss, even worse

We had booked this babysitting service with shuttle for 12 people, information perfectly known to the company since it dropped us off on the way.
On the way back, we'll meet at 6:40. We discover that there is only one shuttle for the whole group, which forces part of us to wait while the vehicle makes a round trip.
When I pointed out that the organization was unsuitable for a group of 12, I was just expecting an apology, or at least a little consideration.
No excuses, no questioning, just contempt for the customers.
If you accept groups, you must have the logistical means to manage them or at least the respect to recognize when the service is not up to standard.
Obviously here, neither of them.
The manager's response was:
“It’s good timing, I’m the boss. Put an opinion, we’re used to it and we like it.”
So I take the advice of the boss and put that advice in.
A simple “sorry for the wait” would probably have sufficed. Failing that, I let future customers judge the meaning of service and customer relationship.
