Host was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and even cooked for us when the kitchen was closed. Had a beer with us and even gave me a drink! Absolutely stunning setting, will definitely be back!

Disappointing
We stayed for three days at this hotel.
Decent welcome, nothing more.
We had rooms below the reception, no elevator, so a flight of stairs to take with our suitcases without any offer of help.
Room, decent, clean with separate toilet. However, microscopic bedding; for us who are tall, we slept very poorly. Either you sleep with the duvet up to your shoulders and your feet out, or the other way around, take your pick!
Breakfast more than disappointing, no pastries, no hot dishes, needs to be reviewed!
We had the evening meals, just a main course and a dessert, supposedly for $35!
As for the jacuzzi, it was broken!
Host at first glance very friendly but ultimately very intrusive, knowing everything about everything, unfortunately for him, many errors in his remarks.
Only the cocktails were very good.
As for the resort, apart from sledding, there is nothing to do, just one restaurant that was open.

Run away!!!
I did not know that the Champs Elysées Avenue was in Gréolière!!!
A priori, yes. When we arrived in the restaurant, the waitress told us that only 2 dishes were served at lunch: ravioli and raclette at will. The previous restaurant being full we stayed.
The waitress was careful not to show us the map and we understood during the addition!!!
We took 2 plates of ravioli, 1 white martini and 1 half. Addition: 75 €.
33 € the plate of ravioli with porcini mushrooms that we are looking for on the plate!!!! Like in Paris.
***** shit. And then you're surprised that people don't go to restaurants anymore; weird, weird...
Keep robbing people like this and no one will come to your house again.

In the nullity chapter, I therefore give the mark of 20/20.
Do not put a toe in this establishment.

Like at home
We highly recommend this property. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable, the location at the foot of the slopes is very convenient, and the Welcoming warm. It’s quite simple, one slogan “you are here at home!”: Pascal and Alex are very caring so that their guests lack everything. We also advise you to dine on site, Pascal offers generous and succulent dishes, undoubtedly made with the heart of a passionate.
Come on, a few small areas for improvement: offering pastries for breakfast would be a plus, and the brioche is a bit dry. The presence of slippers in the rooms should also be considered!
Moreover, we will return very quickly and express our warm thanks to Pascal and Alex for this stay.

Creepy host! Beware!
I give 1 star although the accommodation is clean and the (foreign) staff very nice. The rooms are ok but very noisy. If there is activity in the breakfast room from 8 am and guests are chatting at high volume in the hallway or neighbouring rooms, you can no longer sleep. The darkening is good. The fridge cheap but ok for drinks, not for food. Wifi is ok. Location very remote but definitely ok in winter (if there is snow). Breakfast is not good for 12 euros. No egg dishes at no extra cost (7 euros), no croissants, no choice, yogurt with sugar, tasteless melon. Dinner is ok but a bit overpriced (pasta with butter for a child = 16 euros). A big problem we had with the host, who obviously has something against German guests. Even my daughter found him uncomfortable without understanding the language. When we arrived nobody greeted us, we had to look for the host in the house. When I said my family would like to come to dinner in a few minutes, he exposed me in front of other guests that we don't get food because we're German - very funny, haha. Afterwards, we had to wait twenty minutes for the drink order with three (!) occupied tables and were put at the only table where no bread and no water were covered. 70% of the menu was not available (by prior announcement). The food was ok but too expensive for choice and portion. On Feb. Day we were on the return at 8pm after a trip with the host with rolled eyes at us why we don't want to eat anymore (as there was a buffet). Nobody informed us beforehand or asked us if we wanted to join in. When I approached the host that I didn't think his behavior was appropriate, he said he was always joking. Fun without a smile - hard to understand! I speak quite ok French, but was asked with an annoyed look to speak English - which the host knows less well than I French. Conclusion: we booked the hotel because nothing else was available. Prices through booking.com are completely inflated. It is cheaper via the hotel website. I think the owner has something against Germans or foreigners. In any case, we did not feel welcome and would advise all foreigners against booking. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such an unfriendly host. That's why I give this low rating. There is one rule in the hotel industry: Courtesy of guests. We were treated rudely by the host and felt very uncomfortable. The location of the hotel tends to be associated with “The Shining”, the area is dead in the summer. It would be advisable to be more friendly and professional towards guests.

Le petit-déjeuner est composé de produits locaux ou faits maison (pain frais, confitures artisanales, fruits…). Nous avons fait le choix de ne pas proposer de viennoiseries industrielles ou surgelées, préférant privilégier la qualité et le local.
Concernant votre ressenti global, sachez que nous accueillons avec attention et bienveillance des voyageurs venus de tous horizons, comme en témoignent de nombreux avis. Notre aubergiste parlant sept langues, il fait toujours de son mieux pour communiquer avec chacun dans sa langue.
