Great stay
We stayed from July 4 to July 11 this year in the luxury kota accommodation with a private spa; it was great, the accommodation was clean, we were welcomed well, and the campsite staff are all friendly. The pool is impeccable and very well maintained; the spa was also regularly maintained during our stay. We loved the atmosphere of the campsite, the games for the children (the new structures are great), the pond, and the animals. If you are looking for a family-oriented, nature-focused campsite, and especially a campsite that doesn't feel like a "factory," go there, you won't be disappointed. We are delighted with our stay, and so are our children!

Good campsite
The jacuzzi is not great. The entertainment team is very nice. A little smile from the owners would be nice. Clean campsite. Lots of games for the kids and bravo to the whole team working at the campsite.

very disappointed
on arrival impossible to access the car park because 2 vans hindered access and park in front of the barrier while when we receive an email we are told to park on the car park to avoid disturbing and the Welcoming says nothing then we go back into the Welcoming not a hello arrived at the unusual accommodation narrow location to park like all the pitches the cleaning not done dust in all places the coffee maker disgusting hair that drags on the bench the dirty fridge and the broom is not passed it leaves to be desired very quiet off season but in high season it is noisy

Very quiet family campsite
Hello.
We booked by chance this campsite, which offered us unusual accommodation for 2 nights.
The campsite is very quiet, very family friendly and ideal for families with young children. The entertainment stops at 22:00. The pool is nice, and having an inflatable for little ones and a slide allows to free the pool for adults with more space at once. The kota accommodation is original, all wooden.
Bemol: We were disappointed with the care of our breakfasts twice forgotten... what was disturbing is that we had to justify that we had made our reservations well, having moved to the Welcoming to do the steps. No apologies from the gentleman, lack of humanity, but apologies from his colleagues. Thanks to them.

UNUSUAL ACCOMMODATION 6 people - KOTA Finnish
We have rented an unusual accommodation for 6 people , KOTA Finnish.
It was very narrow and small.
The space at the top is prohibited for children under 6 years old. However, we have given the age of the children and we say that the three of them can sleep upstairs knowing that one is 16, the other 11 and the other 4 years old.
The refrigerator bulb was not working. The vegetable tray was broken and the gas was not working when we arrived.
There was a hornet's nest above our front door.
The space to park the car next to our mobile is quite narrow.
The shower is very small you can barely move and turn.
The pool water is cold, the pool with the pediluve and the roof are quite dirty.
An inventory before has not been made.
Cleaning had also not been done before we arrived.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour dans notre hébergement insolite, le Kota finlandais, n’a pas répondu à vos attentes.
Concernant l’espace en mezzanine, il est en effet déconseillé aux enfants de moins de 6 ans pour des raisons de sécurité. Nous regrettons s’il y a eu un malentendu à ce sujet lors de votre réservation, malgré les informations transmises.
Nous vous présentons également nos excuses pour les désagréments rencontrés dans l’hébergement : problème de gaz, ampoule du frigo, bac cassé, et état de propreté à l’arrivée. Ce n’est pas conforme à nos standards de qualité, et nous allons faire un point avec notre équipe de maintenance et de ménage pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise.
Le nid de frelons aurait bien sûr dû être signalé immédiatement à la réception afin que nous puissions intervenir sans délai, comme nous le faisons habituellement. De même, l'état de la piscine et de ses abords fait l’objet d’un entretien quotidien ; vos remarques vont être partagées avec notre équipe technique pour vérification.
