Urgent renovation needed
Despite the kindness and smile of the person at the front desk, I cannot overlook a certain number of annoying details.
Bathroom door eaten away by humidity, dilapidated door frame, towel rack base eaten away by rust so no more paint, no outlet in the bathroom, pillowcases way too big.. Or pillows too small!

Hotel is okay, but the restaurant should be avoided.
Avoid the restaurant: we were served a wilted vegetarian green salad that was likely a few days old. The staff was friendly, but the owners were very self-satisfied and curt.

Return from vacation
We stopped for the night. We asked for a PMR room and there it was really the PMR room. Very spacious and very wheelchair accessible.
The top bathroom! A large and comfortable bed.
Very quiet room.
The breakfast was very good, there was what it took.
We found parking nearby.

Address to avoid
We then went down to dinner in the restaurant which was full (but which had taken our reservation) and we were seated in the breakfast room which was not heated... The next day this room was still not heated.
I'm still treating the bronchitis I took thanks to them...

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que le chauffage de votre chambre n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes..
Votre confort est notre priorité et nous aurions aimé pouvoir résoudre ce désagrément. N'hésitez pas à nous informer à l'avenir, nous aurions pu vous proposer un chauffage d'appoint et ainsi rendre votre séjour plus agréable.
Nous prenons votre remarque très au sérieux et allons remedier à ce problème pour qu'il ne se reproduise plus.
Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau pour vous proposer un service irréprochable.
