Misleading photos, unmaintained and dirty
We had chosen this place based on the following criteria: proximity to the internship location, pool, and greenery to enjoy the garden.
We were all extremely disappointed in addition to having the feeling of having been deceived by the owner Fanny.
The internship took place during the second heatwave with very high temperatures, so it was scheduled very early in the morning for the comfort of the horses.
For the rooms, breakfast is therefore included in the price. Due to the very early time and therefore outside the time slot, the host refused to adapt by offering a packed meal to go. Faced with our friends' insistence, only once out of the 6 mornings were they able to have something that came out of the freezer. Apparently, giving a pastry and a fruit juice was an insurmountable effort. Extreme room temperatures, Fanny enters the rooms during the day.
The evening meal taken upon our arrival for 22€ was passable and expensive for the quantity and quality.
No fan in the gite offered, to access the second closed bedroom we had to go through the first bedroom, dirty bathroom, moldy toothbrush holder, uncleaned bathtub, etc.
The garden was not maintained under the guise of a heatwave, but branches cut a few weeks back were still on the ground, pool shower broken, a garden hose serves as a shower, pool coping broken, umbrellas with a faded color.
Prohibition on using the pool from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
We had asked to bring our vehicle in just long enough to unload our things, refusal, but during the week another guest with a beautiful blue Alpine was able to leave his car inside all night.
The list is long... with each night costing $150, the service is not up to par. Fanny seems overwhelmed and absolutely not business-minded because after we shared all these remarks, she could only reply that the cause is the heatwave and her fatigue!!!!
