Bad experience

Received email the day before arrival to say one of the rooms the Aircon wasn’t working! Erm get it fixed…hotel receptionist attitude was appalling! Cut a long story short don’t stay here it’s a rip off and facilities are dated and dirty. Don’t trust the photos!!!

Disappointed, I find some people at the front desk are not friendly. The housekeeping is really average; the bottom sheet was never put back on completely even once, I had to do it when I got back from my walk, it was always wrinkled, and I won't even mention the dust. And unfortunately at breakfast, I love fruit but the fruit is not ripe, what a shame. The positive point is the balconies and the air conditioning, which works well.

Very poorly maintained and poor hygiene.

We are not happy with the hygiene! In addition, the building is poorly maintained. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Not a problem during the day but also at night which makes you lie awake. We got another room but this has not helped much either. They say it's normal?!. Too bad this is not reflected in the booking / on their site. We would not have booked if this had been indicated. If you ask for an extra pillow, this is not there.... . There are stains in the floor covering and there are so many finger prints on the windows at the reception that this has not been chamoised for weeks. On the ledges in the hallway is a layer of dust. I am a bit surprised about the so-called good reviews at booking.com. We're not coming back here! Brrr, glad we're moving on.

I found the bathroom and sink not very clean... I think the maintenance of the room could be improved... The hotel is aging... it's a shame because it is well located in relation to the city center.
The breakfast is very decent...

Incompetent reservation service with no sense of business.

Very bad experience with Logic Hotel.
We had booked in February for a stay in May in La Rochelle, as part of a football tournament, for a group of 12 children and 4 adults. To confirm this reservation, we paid a deposit of 30%.
Only two weeks before departure, the reservation service decided to completely cancel our reservation, citing as the only explanation a "typing error on the quote." An error that is entirely their responsibility.
The most shocking part is that no alternative solution was offered to us, no goodwill gesture, no assistance in relocating our group, leaving 12 children and 4 adults without accommodation 15 days before a sporting event, while the rest of the trip was already organized and non-cancellable.
And to this day, despite this cancellation on their part, we are still waiting for the refund of our 30% deposit.
A total lack of professionalism, consideration, and respect for customers. We strongly advise against this establishment.
