Weary , the elderly owners have resolved to sell .
So, certainly, the walls have not moved , neither have the rooms ....but , we have moved to the business era . breakfast at 15 e , private parking became paid , if vs. 1 dog it will be paid too , like 1 cot by the way etc etc .
So , I understand the need to make a profit for new investors .but be careful , there is , not far at least 1 three stars , very well located , which offers more comfort , breakfast to 12 th , 1 free parking , which is further from the main road , which does not charge all "these little things " ....
last but not least, to say at the beginning "good road , go home well , everything went well , see you next time etc etc " does not cost much .....unless it is an option charged .ah , additional sale , when you have us!

Great hotel
The bedding is very good and the air conditioning silent and perfect!
A stone's throw from St Clair beach, we leave our car in the parking lot and do everything on foot
Good breakfast.
