Great location near train station and beach
Great location, close to train station and beach, welcome and friendly staff, hearty breakfasts, clean rooms, only flat pa of VMC in the bathroom, went there for the Great fireworks and are very satisfied

Pension very well located near the center beach port.
Rooms number 5 on the ground floor at the end of the hallway. Very dark overlooking a garden view on a wall.Bathroom not cleaned every day but the attic is the toilet sanibroiler that make a hellish noise do not shoot at night because we wake the neighbors and in the morning.an unpleasant smell. Moreover very dirty .we reported it to the manager who did not deign moved and did not seem surprised .I put the pictures under his nose no reaction nose on the computer ....photos attached

Bad memory
We had already stayed in this hotel and we were satisfied with it, so we booked without worrying about what we were going to find.
Except that, the first time, we were upstairs and there, in the corridor of the ground floor. Nothing to see
Tiny room, very dated which needs work.
Bathroom and toilet in a cupboard, therefore “bath cupboard” one step from the bed. You get up and presto you are on the toilet. Who, moreover, are sanibroyeurs throughout this space. So it’s very noisy and poorly soundproofed. So if you come home late, either you wake up your neighbors and make it work, or, hello smells in the morning…. The bathroom does not have VMC (unheard of before)...
The towel rack is ready to fall, the plates glued to the wall are coming off, obviously humidity... the joints of the shower like the rest are not clean, the complaint on the exterior wall of the shower is peeled off and the bottom of the wall is blistering , humidity… a pretty spider web (not recent!) was present when we arrived, removed the next day after reporting it, too bad the checks were not done before the guests arrived. Carpet everywhere, with sand, not very nice!
We read in a previous post that the electrical outlet in the hallway was no longer attached to the wall, it is still in the same condition... the manager seems to have discovered the remarks made to him, however when reading the reviews on the internet, they are not new facts
We considered not spending the 2nd night in this place but we had already sorted everything!
We do not recommend this hotel, a shame because it is very well located, we will not come back if there are no serious renovations carried out and in any case never in the downstairs corridor because the walls cannot be pushed….

I recommend this hotel
An ideally located hotel!! A very good welcome from the hotel managers the rooms are largely adequate and the bedding is well made the small negative point my its just a grain of sand its I think the lack of space in the bathroom my otherwise its sufficient I recommend this hotel the best

Friendly hotelier and nice clean facilities
I stayed here with a friend while we were cycling through France. There is a locked outside space where we could lock up our bikes and we were warmly welcomed by the hotelier who spoke good English.
Our room was quite small, which might have become more frustrating if we were staying for more than one night however it was perfect for what we needed. There was good speed wifi and the en suite was also of a good standard. The hotelier was kind enough to lend me her own personal ice packs for a knee injury I had picked up and was interested in out cycling trip.
We were provided with an excellent recommendation for an evening meal (La Pendule) on the seafront which is highly recommended.
We had a nice breakfast, which was of limited selection but it was very tasty food and as usual good quality fresh bread. We had a lovely stay at the hotel and were made to feel very welcome.
