Rejuvenating.

Small hotel with a cozy, friendly, and calm atmosphere located on a quiet little street and especially close to the train station (10 minutes on foot), the city center, and the beach (3 minutes on foot).
A warm welcome from the owner makes your arrival pleasant.
The added bonus is the ease and ability to drop off your luggage at the hotel independently in case of arrival outside reception hours. Thank you to the owner because it is one less stress!
This hotel has a small, very calming room for having breakfast. The breakfast is well-stocked. You have what you need to not leave on an empty stomach.
In case of good weather, an outdoor patio is available. Pleasant for relaxing and taking a little sunbath.
The room is good, functional, and clean. Labels are available to indicate cleaning to be done or to not be disturbed.
The bathroom is not very large but practical with a shower, toilet, and sink.
If there were a suggestion to make, it would possibly be to have a box of tissues available in case of need.
I had a pleasant stay at this establishment, which is different in size from more well-known hotel chains. It is a good compromise.

Warm, comfortable as a sweet family home!

We had a great time in this hotel, very well decorated for a 2 star, very comfortable and affordable! Super friendly welcome by the friendly and available chef. Everything was simple, the location of the hotel as well as the advice to find the right addresses to the sands. Frankly, it's well worth 3 stars. Can’t wait to return in the spring after the improvement and decoration work planned this winter, he informed us.Frankly after a very bad experience at Vertim it makes good a warm place where the service is so welcoming!

Perfect break by the sea!

Very well received by the owner who knew how to give us his best tips to enjoy Les Sables d'Olonne for a weekend!

Quiet, simple, as if this house belonged to the family!

Hotels, charming with soul and history.
The simple and elegant place is in a very quiet street, yet, in the city center 3 minutes walk from the sea, it is a perfect place to relax in any season.
I’m faithful to it regularly and I love it here. The owner is very nice and started to redecorate the rooms. I recommend to anyone who wants a value for money, worthy of a 3 star( which can not be obtained because some rooms are smaller). And the patio is nice for sunny days

Enchanting stay in the Islands!!!!

Well the beautiful Images of the site , alas are a little faded and very obsolete , it is well to mock the Guests who come there in Winter , Floor of the Rooms, Yes in sea rush , but worn down to the weft , the same for the stairs , blackout curtains that does not hide anything at all,!!! bathroom , which unfortunately looks rather like a closet!! washbasin: a simple washbasin of W C Bof!!!
Breakfast so much praised by the current owner , Une GACHE (the Vendée speciality But YES ) completely dry , but it can still be made a Crumble!!!! just also a very poor background of jam (es)
A well-pedantic owner, Pride Plus!
Heating cut off at night!! sic anyway, where are we??
Patio! OK, but Southern term, We'd rather say A Court! with dilapidated shutters,
Ah, I forgot about the price, the ceiling of my room is made of polystyrene tiles - light years 80/90, highly flammable in case of fire it melts well and burns you , phew , plus dry wooden stairs!
You see!!
And icing on the cake!! As soon as you got here, did you get off to a good start? No nothing we already ask you to settle your noble stay , well Yes to the KA where you would like to flee Disaster!!
Before you taste it!
And some Hoteliers complain about competition from ARBNB or BOOKING platforms
