Wonderful restaurant, with good freshly prepared food. The taster menu was splendid with local specialties of cheeses, aligot, meats and vegetable tart.

Very nice terrace

Deli board by the water, it was very good. Not much choice but it doesn't matter. The tables are old cable rolls which is not very nice but we forget. We were served with a smile. Only default; the machine that demands 10% more when paying!

Merci d'avoir partagé votre avis sur notre établissement.
En effet, nous sommes très attaché à la démarche écologique et celle de réutilisation des éléments traditionnellement jetté auquel on peut donner une nouvelle vie.
La machine, c'est le lecteur de carte bleue Sumup qui intègre la possibilité de verser un pourboire numérique. Cela a été mis en place par le Gouvernement,en restauration depuis la fin du COVID.
Souhaitant avoir l'occasion de vous rencontrer de nouveau à l'occasion d'un prochain passage dans les Gorges du Tarn.

Very nice experience in the Tarn Gorge!

· What a beautiful step! the team is really friendly, attentive and feels like home. We were able to eat in the evening in a common room (fridge, plate, coffee...) because there is no restaurant open in this small town on these dates. The mill also offers local boards and products on request. The bedding is perfect, the finishes in the rooms are neat and the view of the Tarn despite the flood is relaxing... We were able to visit the mill and the historical and technical explanations were very interesting It is wonderful to be able to meet people passionate and invested in our heritage... See you soon for a stop at the mill but this time in spring or summer to enjoy the bucolic calm of the terrace and the beach.

Very welcome in a nice place on the banks of the Tarn

We stayed one night, at the end of May 2024, with one of my sisters, during our homelessness in and on the Tarn Gorge. We were very well received by our host whose first name escapes me. His simple dinner with local cured meats accompanied by an aligot was delicious.
The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast, served by Patrick, was hearty and very good.
We very much enjoyed the exchanges with our host. And he was able to find a solution to our concerns on the stage of our hike to follow. This allowed us to spend a nice day with a Puerto Rican hiker who was also at the Mill.
