Not meeting the requirements
Due to hard floor and wall coverings it is a noisy hotel.
Restaurant quality and service are poor.
The hotel is remotely situated, no problem, but the only transport available is a taxi and therefore taxi's are expensive. No public transport at all.
No shops or restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers no bicycle, or similar, rentals. Rental cars are only avaiable from the airport. The minibar offers drinks only, no snacks available, no regular bottled water available, just 0,25l at € 3,- each.
Restaurant services are very poor. The atmosphere is of a canteen rather than a restaurant. Restaurant services are limited to breakfast, with no breakfast tea or decaf coffee available, even after asking for it several times, lunch with a dinner menu, no light meals or snacks are offered. Dinner is of varying quality and very very expensive. The pricelevel of the menu is not represented in the quality of the food. Despite the nice weather the poolbar remains closed. So to obtain water, snacks or other requirements carhire is a necessity. The hotel is not suitable for a longer stay than 2 or 3 nights.

And yes in addition no excuse for moldy pancakes, no commercial gestures, no apologies when I reported it to the waiter and the reception; I asked the waiter to remove the dish
The Italian bathroom without shower screen reduced to a small square of 0.80 on 0.80...became a swimming pool from the first shower
I am told that this is the PMR standard!!!well it is impossible for someone in a wheelchair to use this SDB
I also never asked for this type of room...just stair-free access
Finally 4 stars of junk even if the site remains very beautiful

Nous nous sommes excusés de vive voix lors de votre venue à la réception.
Nous vous avons attribué la chambre qui nous semblait être la plus simple d’utilisation suite à votre demande .
Cette chambre est conforme et nous recevons depuis des années des clients PMR.
À aucun moment vous n’avez souhaité en changer ,ce qui aurait pu se faire .
Nous vous avons offert vos consommations du mini bar ce qui est un geste commercial .
Nous vous souhaitons une agréable journée.

The Lagoon? More like the shipwreck.
Tiny, frozen dishes badly reheated, prices worthy of a gastro... except that we eat like in the canteen of a low-cost ferry.
Trying to save the day with an ice cream? My friend gets a cone without ice. Literally. Staff response: “It’s like that.” No gesture, no excuse, not even a smile.
It’s not a restaurant, it’s a joke. Except that it is expensive. Run away, or come fasting and with a good dose of dark humor.
