A Dream Come True.
From initial contact,to our departure, We could not of asked for anything more.
Our high expectations were exceeded.
The Warm,Personalized Hospitality shown to Us, Was Truly Special.
The Hosts,Maryka and Robert are Special Folks.
It was Always a Dream for my Wife,to Experience Provence.
After much research, I settled on Malaucene, and Maison Sule.
From The Welcome, Accommodations, Neighbourhood, Ambiance,Weather,Dining, Hospitality, Everything Was Fabulous.
Nothing was too much.
We Definitely look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful & Perfect!!!!
Rob & Maryka Sule are the amazing owners and hosts of this fabulous property. My husband and I have visited several times and it never disappoints. Malaucene is a small village in the cycling area around Mt. Ventoux, and Maison Sule is in the heart of the village adjacent to the ancient Church Saint-Michel. This little village has a variety of great restaurants and shops, and Rob may guide you on the cycling routes and Marykya can guide you on the highlights of the region you will not want to miss. Their property has very high-end amenities and each room is spacious and lovely.

Amazing place, Amazing hospitality!
My husband and I have now been to Maison Sule twice on summer cycling holidays and hope to return when COVID settles down.
The hospitality Maryka and Rob provide is second to none and the house and the grounds are amazing.
Whether you are a cyclist or not this is a great place to stay and chill out or enjoy amazing bike rides in the area. Rob is an experienced rider himself and took us on some amazing bike rides. The hotel has a great set up for bikes and Rob can help you with anything you need.
I would highly recommend Maison Sule to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
I hope to be returning soon!

Summer cycling holiday in Malaucene
This is the third time we have been to Malaucene in the past 3 years. This is the first time we stayed at Maison Sule. It is pretty much in the centre of town just a few pedal strokes from the bottom of the Malaucene climb up to Mt Ventoux. Rob and Maryka, the hosts, made the trip for us and opened up new unexplored areas to us whether cycling, walking or visiting sights. Despite the situation with Covid they were incredibly flexible, understanding and helpful. The welcome is warm, friendly and instantly makes you feel relaxed. Despite the summer heat the house is amazingly cool due to its size, the thickness of the walls and with the correct use of shutters (now I understand). The rooms, beds and bathrooms are all clean and comfortable. For our family we rented a room and well-equipped apartment with quiet garden and hill facing views. The large beautiful garden and pool are a real bonus to cool off in. The breakfasts are generous including omelettes or Rob's French toast - the best! By discussing your plans the evening before the timing can also be flexible, be it early or late morning brunch-ish so that you can time your activities best especially with the summer heat. What makes this place though is Rob and Maryka - they are amazingly welcoming, chatty, friendly and helpful - Rob's cycling knowledge and experience is invaluable and his cycling store / cave is an enviable real bonus for storing bikes. He can cycle and walk at a respectable pace too so if you take up the offer of a trek or spin be prepared. We stayed with them for just under 2 weeks, and the welcome and help they gave us is second to none. A great place to stay. We'll be back.

OVER AND BEYOND!!!!!
It was Thursday morning and the night before I had realized that I messed up the dates of our accommodations for the weekend (Friday and Saturday). The place we were staying at was full and I tried as many places around the south of France, but because it was a French holiday and every place I emailed and called was completely booked up. My husband and I decided to go to Malaucene to check out the town as my husband likes to road cycle and it is a mecca for cyclists. While we were walking down the main road my husband saw a B&B with a Canadian flag. As we are Canadian we thought we would knock on their door and ask if they had space for 2 nights. When the grand front door opened we were greeted by the most welcoming smiles. I explained my story of not having accommodations and asked if they had rooms. Unfortunately they were full, but this is where they went OVER AND BEYOND. They invited us in and called all over town and we felt instantly like we had new friends. The short story is they also couldn’t find anywhere for us to stay and ended up calling a friend who was out of town and asked if we could stay in their place. It ended up that we stayed at their friends house, but they invited us the next day for breakfast, got my husband a bike and gear to rent and took my husband on an epic ride and had us over for wine.
Their home is absolutely stunning, their backyard is like an oasis and their kindness has turned into a friendship.
