Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, but the exceptional staff truly made it special. Everyone was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Their outstanding service made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Delightful sanctuary

This off the beaten track is a special stay. We visited late May. Expect a stunning garden heaving in rose blooms & frogs serenading at night. Only 5 private rooms all individually bespoke. Service breakfast & dinner on request. Amazing service. Very close to old village town of Mougins

A jewel of casual elegance and superb personal service

We were awestruck by the beauty of this five-room hotel and it’s incomparably gracious owner. He and his team have artfully restored a historic home with detailed craftsmanship and a refined eye for antique furnishings and decor. The gardens are very mature, rambling, and full of surprises. The hotel is endlessly interesting.
Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and and an attached sun porch. It was beautiful, comfortable, inviting, and immaculate.
Breakfast included a wide variety of offerings in the comfortable farmhouse dining room or on the terrace. The hotel serves dinner, but we didn’t have an opportunity to eat there.
The owner, Kilperick, speaks French, perfect English, and other languages. His recommendations about places to visit and how to navigate the local area encouraged us to explore.
In short, we found our three days at Les Rosees to be the ideal introduction to this part of France, and we look forward to staying there again. Our pictures give you a sense of the place, but the only way to fully appreciate Les Rosees is to stay there. We highly recommend it!

A visit like another world or a paradise wonderland!

A small, kind of crazy (meaning positive!) Paradies! This oasis manages to slow down time and take its guests far away from everyday life, the world and the 0815 hotels, into their own time zone at short notice. The owner Kilperick has made this place special and unique. You feel a bit like ‘Alice in Wonderland’. There are many small details to discover. We are happy, the owner follows his own concept and stays true to his line, although this may not suit all guests. We were allowed to enjoy the chef's dinner twice. The Mood and food were wonderful. The chef personally cooks for a maximum of 6 people. The menu changes according to the season and inspiration of the chef and was always a nice surprise! We really liked this very private atmosphere in this magical place, with great music and a charismatic and very personable boss! We also felt that we were spared a selection and that we could simply be surprised and enjoyed. Of course, there are always things that may be slightly different/better individually. For us it was the bathroom hinged door that did not close, the breakfast should also have been more lavish for us, as also not included in the price. In the end it was very nice, merci pour tout Kilperick!
