Hotel well located in the city center. Close to a pub but rooms away and well soundproofed.

Welcoming person and very kind customer. Small but well equipped room and very well maintained. Individual air conditioning.
Ideally located near the city center.
Full breakfast in room or well on terrace. Very nice

Disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Well in advance of my arrival, I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to shorten my stay by one night. The hotel did not respond to messages and did not follow up on the change requests that were forwarded via Booking, despite a phone confirmation that this would not be a problem if reported more than 48 hours in advance. After the stay, I made several attempts to obtain a refund for the unused night of 3 rooms, but without result. It's a shame, because I have always booked with confidence through Booking and am not used to such poor communication and customer service.

Horrible.

Horrible! Hotel to escape.
Hotel very poorly soundproofed. You can hear everything that's going on next door, the alarm clocks ringing at 4:00 in the morning, the showers, the beds creaking, the stairs in the hallway.
Also the hotel is located above a pub (they are the same owners) the music, the alcoholic people it is hellish.
A tiny hand washbasin for a washbasin...
The night at 70 is clearly stealing.

If there really is no choice... And again!

To escape if you go with your family...
''Family'' rooms overlook the main street above the pub and the crossroads where the scenes of the next fast and furious are filming.. Between breakers, screams and bar discussions, you are served up to hours!
You will have understood, between soundproofing close to 0 (including with the other rooms of the hotel), comfort not terrible and cleanliness of the place more than average, our stay of 2 nights was shortened the next day.
Only positive, the welcome and service of the staff.

Excellent value for money

The value for money is excellent, For the mini price paid hard to expect better. however be careful with the soundproofing. We didn’t give 5 stars because of this, because we were woken up at 5am by huge noises inside the hotel and screams in the street.
