Excellent stay at the Adagio Nantes Centre

Very attentive, efficient, and friendly staff. Well-designed, very clean, and comfortable apartments. Still or sparkling water dispenser available in the lobby 24/7. Hot beverage machine also available at all times.
Excellent location near the train station and the city center

There's a problem cleaning the room.

The reception staff was great, but there was a big problem with the cleaning situation.
The reception staff (young men and women) were all very friendly, smiling and professional.
However, the cleaning situation left a lot of room for improvement. Dust accumulated in every corner, the sink was musty, and the drain in the tub was black and moldy. In addition, I could not take a bath because the plug of the tub was broken. The floor of the bedroom made a strange sticky sound as she walked. And the dishwasher was broken. The receptionist kindly offered to send a repairman the next day, but since it was only a two-night stay, we didn't think it was worth the hassle.
It is essential that the supervision of the cleaning staff is strengthened to ensure that the reputation of the hotel is not damaged.

Excellent location and very nice staff at front desk. Hotel is a bit old indoors and is not very clean (carpets on the floors). Some amenities are missing (ex: you have a coffee machine in room but no coffee pods?). And no cleaning unless your stay is more than 8 days. Have to say after 5 days with kids….the rooms should get some light cleaning. But otherwise it was a great stay

Excellent stsy. We loved it.

Excellent. A fabulous stay. The room was splendid. A corner room with plenty of light, great beds, spacious, lots of appliances, a great family room. The staff were extremely personable and super helpful. Couldnt have bern nicer or more helpful The locatuon was awesome, across from the train ststion and beside the Duchess Chateau.
