Magical stay in Nice!
Flots d'Azur is situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice and it is a hotel that I will always remember for both the warmth of the welcome and the beauty of the room! Sophie and her family greeted me with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. When I had to dash to the hotel because one of my sandals had literally split in two, we laughed about it together as I rummaged though my suitcase to find another pair of shoes. And that was before I had even officially checked in! When I opened the door of my room (205), I couldn't believe the view - it's the one you see in the picture. Palm trees and turquoise water right in front of your eyes. I cannot wait to return.

Conditionally okay
Unfortunately, not such a good experience. The rooms are typically very small, French-style. As beautiful as the location is, the street is also very loud at night. If one can sleep with air conditioning, it is okay; if not, it is difficult. Unfortunately, the floor in the shower room was very dirty, with a rancid patina on the shower tray, and the corners were only superficially cleaned. We did not test the breakfast.

For your comfort, all of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Regarding the room size, our hotel is housed in a charming historic building, typical of Nice (a former traditional residence), which explains why some rooms are more compact. However, the size of each room is clearly indicated at the time of booking so that guests can choose the option that best suits their needs.
We were, however, particularly surprised by your comments regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom. This does not reflect the high standards of cleanliness we strive to maintain every day. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team so that the matter can be investigated and any necessary action taken.
We also regret that you did not have the opportunity to try our breakfast, which is generally very well appreciated by our guests.

Lovely place.
Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Our room was lovely, very clean with ample storage. There's also a safe. Bathroom is small but adequate and the shower is a good size. Room is serviced every day. Coffee machine and kettle provided and a small fridge for drinks. Despite being called 'Hotel', this is more a B&B, so be aware there is no bar or retaurant. We had a balcony room, its worth the extra as the sea view is stunning.
The location is very good, overlooking the sea and on the quieter end of the Promenade. Its about a 20/25min walk to the busier area at the other end. There are a few shops/restaurants close by. The walk along the promenade, is fab.
Breakfast is available but has to be pre-ordered at check-in. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food.
The people who run this are very nice, friendly and helpful.
This accommodation is so handy to get too from the airport. Take the No.2 Tram and get off at Mangan, You are about a 3 min walk away then.
The tram is great for getting you closer to points of interest if you're not into walking.
I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a short trip to Nice.

Lovely experience!
Top choice to stay in Nice, right in front of the beach and Promenade des Anglais. Charming couple working at the reception, they are very helpful and friendly. Would love to come back and stay again at this hotel!

Great stay!
A four night stay to explore Nice. Excellent location. Only a half hour stroll to the old town along the promenade. Convenient bus stops either way only a few metres from the hotel gate (ticket machine by the sheltered stop over the road). Excellent hosts - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Continental breakfast available (book night before). A smashing small hotel.
