RUN AWAY!!! Shame on this hotel that should not even be allowed to be open!

SHAME ON THIS HOTEL!! Undoubtedly the worst in the entire city, scandalous! What are the health services doing??! The rooms are so dirty that we have to walk in shoes inside the room, plastic utensils are lying on the floor, the bathroom is a risk of catching an infection due to its filth, and to top it all off, the bedspread is a double curtain!!!! Yes, you read that right, and I am not even mentioning the cigarette holes in it!! Run away!!

Terrible.

Good afternoon!
I am writing to you regarding your accommodation at Hôtel Lyonnais 20 rue Russie Nice 06000 (31.03.–14.04.2026)
I'm asking you to look seriously into this den called Lioné. The stench of sewers has soaked clothes and things that can't be put up and hung: there is no special furniture (wardrobe/nightstand). The stink is serious, and opening the window makes the generator roar all night.
I came to Nice for two weeks, and early in the morning, I packed up and ran out of this nightmare! Walls/doors with slits and no soundproofing: to my left, you could hear the night's "entertainment" with all the oohs/shouts, the doors slamming/keys rattling in the hallway the strongest, but most frightening thing of the night was the neighbors on the right - there was mucking (he didn't say any other words) and a man yelling, clearly beating someone and throwing everything he got his hands/feet on, including the one he was so mucking at: I was very scared!!!!
Of course I didn't sleep a wink. The police must be called on such “guests”, but there was no one at the reception (opening hours are very uncomfortable), and to get myself under the hand of a clearly drunk or crazy person was seriously dangerous!
I paid for two weeks, barely lasted the night and took my things out early in the morning (they still smell like sewers), called Booking. I was politely promised a settlement and a refund through the owners of this den, but nothing is done.
The woman at reception will naturally defend her establishment, but that's not true: it's a scary place and it can't be advertised on Booking. One day they'll kill someone inadvertently, judging by the neighbor on the right! I still can't recover, I'm shaking! Dirty words and screams keep coming out of my head! Instead of resting, I got injured and moved to another hotel, which I found frantically at night on Booking. Hotel Lioné owes me a refund!
P.S. I have a witness who can attest that I asked upon arrival (only the reception is open from 17) to show me the room before moving in, which I was categorically denied!

Thief and crooked

A rot to be honest at the reception a scoundrelsome woman
I booked 1 night I arrived at my room
Unable to sleep in my local has garbage and cleaner than the rooms
I'm asking for a refund. She didn't want it. She told me she didn't.
So I slept with friends
Please do not waste your time or money
Go elsewhere

So dirty and unhealthy that it should be closed a long time ago!!

A FUÏRE!!!! A shame and a nice scam this hotel!! very expensive paid stay, room in a dismal condition, plastic cutlery found on the floor (photos supported), rotten shower!! double curtains serve as blanket on the bed!!! This hotel should be closed a long time ago and when you read the reviews you realize that it is a hotel to avoid because it is unhealthy. In addition located in one of the worst areas of Nice.
