Unhygienic and Still Holding My €298 Deposit After 2 Months
The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable. The kitchen utensils (pots, pans, dishes) were visibly dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. It was so unsanitary that I didn’t even feel safe using them to boil water. That says everything about the level of cleanliness in this place.
On top of that, the €298 deposit has still not been refunded after more than TWO MONTHS. I was told there was a “system error” and that the issue had been fixed and the refund would be processed immediately. That was days ago, and I am still waiting. This feels like nothing more than an excuse to delay or avoid paying back what is rightfully mine.
The lack of hygiene is bad enough, but the complete lack of accountability and professionalism is even worse. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice — unless you are willing to deal with poor cleanliness and the risk of not getting your deposit back.
Absolutely unacceptable.
