Nice hotel
Yeah. Walking distance to Eiftel Tower. Friendly staff and friendly staff. Nice room. Breakfast not very extensive but good.

5 Nights at Hotel Baldi
I have enjoyed my 5-night stay at Hotel Baldi.
The location suited me extremely well, as it was just a few minutes' walk to the venue of the UNESCO convention. Two metro stations are also nearby, allowing for easy access to other parts of Paris.
From my deluxe room, I could see the top section of the Eiffel Tower, which was a bonus. The room was clean and good enough for two people. I found the fridge and kettle provided to be very useful.
Although my room faced the Metro overground section, with the window shut and the heavy curtain, I was not disturbed.
The bathroom is clean and spacious; maybe an extra shelf located above the sink would be handy to enable the visitors to place small items on it.
With GREEN in mind, I would support the room service (cleaning, changing towels, etc.) being performed as requested and required.
I did not use the breakfast facility. There are plenty of stores and eating places nearby.
Hotel staff were cheerful and helpful. My thanks to happy smile WALIYA for her help in sorting out a few of the queries. My special thanks to EZEQUIEL for his help. He has gone through an extra mile to make sure that I got on the right Uber taxi I ordered with my luggage when I was leaving. He is a STAR.
I will certainly return when the occasion arises for me to visit Paris again.

NEVER AGAIN
On the assumption that they had promised us a room overlooking the Eiffel Tower and this was not carried out, I found their cleanliness very poor with visibly stained blankets and bath towels, and after not only paying the tourist tax (which should have already been included, being the high price) they informed us that the cleaning service had to be paid for separately, which is absurd as the service in a hotel should already be included, we are not talking about a B&B but a hotel that we pay handsomely every day, also I found it inappropriate to have to hand over every time we dropped the card for entry. And I would also like to mention the soundproofed rooms that were frequently disturbing, as you could often hear people passing by hotels and other various noises. It's not worth all the money it requires, I don't recommend it.

Regarding the Eiffel Tower view, this is indeed available only from certain rooms located on the higher floors of the hotel and is subject to availability. While we always do our best to accommodate specific requests, only confirmed room categories guarantee this feature.
Concerning the tourist tax, please allow us to clarify that this tax is set by the City of Paris and collected by the hotel on behalf of the Paris City Hall. It is not retained by the hotel and is only payable for confirmed and completed stays, in accordance with local regulations. For transparency, it is often displayed separately from the room rate, as it is a mandatory municipal charge and not a hotel service fee.
We are particularly surprised by your comments regarding cleanliness. Housekeeping service is provided daily by a loyal, professional, and dedicated team who take great pride in maintaining high standards. Had any issue been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have immediately taken corrective action. Guest comfort and hygiene are absolute priorities for us.
To clarify as well, daily housekeeping is included in the room rate, as expected in a 3-star hotel. There is no separate mandatory cleaning charge for standard stays.
Regarding the key card procedure, requesting it at the reception each time is part of our security policy. This allows us to ensure the safety of our guests and control access to the building.
As for soundproofing, while our rooms are insulated in accordance with hotel standards, we are located in a lively Parisian neighborhood, and occasional external or corridor noise can sometimes be perceptible.
